土地利用动态遥感监测数据库系统研建

【摘要】 国土资源大调查—土地利用动态遥感监测项目,利用多分辨率的卫星遥感数据,从不同的侧面和角度监测土地利用的变化情况,积累了大量宝贵的资料成果。如何科学、高效地对这些海量数据进行管理和分析是当前急需解决的问题,也是本文所要研究的内容。 本文分析了历年土地利用动态遥感监测各项任务的内容、技术流程和数据资料成果的特点,对数据库系统的需求进行了全面的分析,并根据系统对数据的要求,进行了数据标准化的研究,制定了数据标准以及现有数据转为标准化数据的方法。定义了数据库的结构及管理系统框架,对数据库系统进行了详细的设计,对系统建设中的关键技术进行了研究,并开发了土地利用动态遥感监测数据库系统。本文提出了一种可行的设计方案和实施方法,可以作为其他类似地理空间数据库建设的借鉴利参考。 系统采用ArcGIS系列软什作为GIS基础平台,利用ArcSDE和Oracle管理和存储数据,Visual BASIC 6.0与MapObiects 2.2的集成开发方式,在开发中充分发挥开发工具的优点,提高了系统的稳定性和运行效率,在土地利用动态遥感监测项目应用中取得了良好的效果。 本文对海量影像数据库的压缩算法进行了对比研究,采用离散小波变换(DWT)的MrSID技术对遥感影像进行压缩,MrSID方法通过局部转换,使图像内部任何一部分都具有一致的分辨率和非常好的图像质量,图像的压缩率也很高,极大地降低了数据的存贮空间,非常适用于海量土地利用遥感监测数据成果的管理。 研究从目前土地利用动态遥感监测项目的特点和实际要求出发,开发了土地利用动态遥感监测数据库系统。为不同年度调查成果的数据挖掘和分析,提高数据的管理和开发利用水平,促进监测信息资料成果共享,实现资源管理的信息化奠定了一个良好的基础。数据库系统的建设及应用为士地管理决策提供了科学的依据,提高了工作效率和国土资源管理的科技含量。

【Abstract】 The big inquisition in national resources-land-use dynamic RS monitoring, which using multi-resolution satellite and remote sensing data, from different and angles monitoring the land-use variety circumstance . The item accumulate a flood of precious data and results .How to management the data scientific and efficiently is a urgently problem, is also the investigative contents in this text.This text analyzed contents, technique processes and the characteristics of the data and results in land-use dynamic RS monitoring, proceeding the completely analysis to the system need analyze, designed the construction of the database, practice the data standardize research; establish data standard and the method of turning into standardize data format. Made sure the construction, property and the organism contact of various data, defining the construction of the database and the system frame, proceeding the total design, the detailed design of system function and analyze, research the key technique in the database construction, and build the database system. The text puts forward a kind of viable design project and practice method, which can be used as the reference for other similar geography space database.This system make ArcGIS series software conduct as the foundation, use the ArcSDE and Oracle to manage and saving data, Visual BASIC 6.0 with MapObjects 2.2 as developing tools, develop the merit completely and improve the stability and running efficiency of the system, obtain the good result in the application.This text proceed the contrast studies to the compression calculate, adopt the MrSID technique to compress the image, the method of MrSID passes the part converts, making the image has consistent resolution and very nice image quantity in any parts, the compression rate is high, lowering biggest the data saving space, being applicable to management the land-use dynamic monitoring data results.This research builds the land-use dynamic monitoring database system considering the current dynamic monitoring characteristics and actual request. It establish a good foundation for the data mining and analyze, improve the level of the data management and utilization, promote the monitoring information results sharing, realize the resources management information turns. The database system construction and application provides the basis of science in land manage, increases the efficiency of the work and the technology deal in land resources management.
