我国低温种质库围护结构与制冷运行的节能研究

【摘要】 针对目前我国低温种质库房缺乏建设标准和设计规范,低温种质库建设中尚存在一些缺陷和问题,在查阅相关文献的基础上,对我国现有低温种质库房围护结构与制冷系统建设的发展现状进行了详细的调研分析,围绕如何使围护结构与制冷运行更加节能,本文提出应用技术经济分析方法来确定低温种质库围护结构隔热层的经济热阻,以期为低温种质库房的建设提供技术参考。 目前建造的大多数低温种质库,其外围护结构与隔热层分开。隔热层大多采用硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料作为夹芯层,内外层为彩钢板。结合制冷系统能耗、经费支出等具体情况分析可知,此种型式的库房既可以提高隔热性能降低耗电量,节省运行费用,又方便库房管理者对库房的维护。 本文应用技术经济分析法对既定的低温种质库形式隔热层的经济热阻进行研究。以隔热层最小热阻为基准,选择动态投资回收期法,分析围护结构隔热层建设投资费用与运行费用等综合最经济状态下的经济热阻R_e。研究可得,处于北京地区的低温种质库(温度控制在-18℃±2℃,相对湿度控制在50%以下),外围护结构为砖混结构,隔热材料为聚氨酯的库房(具体参数见模型设定),当回收期定于5年左右时,经济热阻为5.370(m~2·K)/W。

【Abstract】 Up to now, no standards are available for the germplasm gene bank design and construction in China.The problems and deficiency are encountered in established gene banks. In this paper, based on overall and detailed investment of enclosed construction and refrigeration system in present germplasm gene banks, in order to more economical and energy saving, the author put forward a new method to confirmation economical thermal resistance of exterior-protected construction’s thermal insulating layer by use of cost-effectiveness analysis method, this can give technical reference for low temperature germplasm gene bank’s construction.The exterior-protected construction and thermal insulating layer are separated in most of present low temperature germplasm gene bank. The thermal insulating layer is made of hard urethane foam as core and external layer is steel plate. By analysis of specific condition such as energy consumption of refrigeration system and appropriation expenditure, this kind of germplasm gene bank can not only save operation cost for reduction power consumption, but also convenience maintaining for manager of germplasm gene bank.The author researched the economical thermal resistance of thermal insulating layer for present germplasm gene bank. By use of dynamic payback period method, analysis economical thermal resistance, R_e, in most economic status for cost of construction and operation of exterior-protected construction’s thermal insulating layer. The result showed the low temperature germplasm gene bank in Beijing zone (the temperature is -18℃±2℃, the relative moisture is lower 50%), external layer is brick-concrete, thermal-protective material is urethane foam, the economical thermo resistance is 5.370 (m2 ·K) AV when the payback time is about 5 years.
