轴承内外圈自动检测与分选控制系统的研究

【摘要】 本文的主要目的是要建立一套轴承内、外圈直径参数的自动检测与分选装备的控制系统。为了实现其自动检测与分选的控制,作者进行了以下的研究: (1)本文在检测方法上针对轴承检测分选系统的要求,探讨了轴承内外径非接触式测量的两种方法,即基于神经网络算法的轴承内外径的测量和基于CCD技术的轴承内外径的图像测量,希望能提高检测速度和精度。 (2)分别设计了两种控制方案,即单片机控制和可编程控制器(PLC)控制,并进行了比较。 (3)在单片机控制系统和PLC控制系统的设计中,硬件方面的设计给出了其硬件的选取和接口电路,软件设计方面给出了软件设计思路及单片机主要相应部分的程序。 (4)针对该测控系统,控制策略方面尝试探讨了将基于ATMEL89C52单片机的模糊PID控制应用于轴承检测分选系统当中,目的是为了使该系统获得更好的控制结果。 (5)提出了可编程控制器(PLC)控制在模糊控制中应用的一种方法,希望能提高控制系统的智能性。 在上面论述的基础上,得出了轴承检测与分选控制系统的设计对轴承产品质量的控制具有很大的实用价值。

【Abstract】 The main purpose of the paper is to establish an automatically measuring and grouping system used for the geometry parameters of bearing’s inter-enclosure r and outer-enclosure. For this purpose, we must think over the related fields involved in the system wholly. Therefore, the author did some research work as follows:(1)According to bearing testing-classification system’s request, depend on the measurement principles and mathematical models, the paper puts forward two different kinds of no -contact methods about bearing inter-diameter or outer-diameter measurement. That is, the measurements of intsider-diameter or outside-diameter parameter of bearing based on neural network arithmetic and based on CCD image inspection.(2)For control plan choice, the paper design two control strategy. SCM control and PLC control, finally making compare to its.(3)In SCM control and PLC control, provide selection of hardware and designing of hardware circuit, for software design aspect present software designing’s thought and correspondence procedure.(4)Establish Fuzzy PID control based on ATMEL89C52 SCM in bearing automatically measuring and grouping system for the sake of getting better control result.(5)The thesis brings forward a design method, which is combined with PLC control and fuzzy control and apply in bearing automatically measuring and grouping system.we expect to able to improve systerm intelligentize.Based on the above, we can draw a conclusion that establishing this system is viable and practicability.
