密码盘密码自动破解的研究与实践

【摘要】 本文主要讨论了一种基于单片机控制的智能密码盘密码破解系统的设计过程,研究不同机械结构的密码盘在不同情况下的密码破解问题,它主要适用于公安业务工作中。 该系统以8位高速单片机PIC16F877为核心保证了其高效可靠的运行,通过对步进电机的细分驱动控制实现了其高精度的要求,采用升降速曲线的设计解决了步进电机在应用中出现的失步、“飞片”等问题。本系统通过其光电检测单元实现了反馈闭环控制,采用LCD液晶显示模块、PS/2自开发鼠标、键盘单元的设计搭建了友好的人机界面,在软件设计中糅合了传统经验与先进算法,实现了密码盘密码的破解功能。
【Abstract】 This article mainly discusses a design process of the intelligent cipher solving system and study a problem which unlocks different locks’ cipher in different case. It is mostly used for police domain.The system, which regarded the PIC16F877 microcontroller (8 bits) as a core, ensure its operating high efficiency and credibility. A high precision requirement is achieved by the stepping motors’ sub divisional drive control and some problems such as step losing and "fly piece", which frequently occurred in use, are solved by adopting the curve of speed control. A feedback close-loop control is carried out by its sensor examine unit and at the same time a close man-computer communication system is built by using LCD, PS/2 mouse and keyboard. There are lots of custom experiences and advanced calculations are utilized in the software design and some unlocking cipher functions are realized.
