基于FPGA的函数发生器

【摘要】 随着超大规模电路及计算机技术的快速发展,EDA技术被广泛应用到通讯、国防、空间技术、医药科学、工业自动化和智能装置等领域。在当前各种高技术项目中,如果没有EDA技术的使用,项目的完成将变得很困难。同时对于大众电子产品采用EDA技术大大缩短了产品上市的时间。 基于EDA技术的使用,本文着重讨论了采用EDA技术设计的一种函数发生器,它满足了数控系统对于数控加工更高要求。实验结果表明,与原有的数控系统的控制电路部分相比采用EDA技术设计的函数发生器使得数控系统具有更高的可靠性、实时性、高运算速度以及高集成度。同时由于EDA技术中FPGA芯片具有在系统可编程特性,因此该函数发生器的设计可像软件一样随时更改,这就为系统地维护带来了方便。 可以确信本文为数控系统数控加工的完善提供了一条有效的途径。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the technology of VLSI and computer,EDA technology has been widely applied in such areas as communication, national defence, spaceflight, medical science, industry’s automatization and intelligent instruments. The implementations of all kinds of high-tech projects were nearly impossible without the EDA technology. Even to the design of the ordinary electronic products, the time to the market will be largely shortened , and the performance will be increased, with the introduce of EDA technology.On the basis of making full use of the new fruits of EDA technology , this dissertation mainly discussed the design and implemention of a Function Generator applied into special integrate circuit, which meets with the needs of developing high performance numerical system control system. The results of the experiment indicated that , on the one hand, this system is superior to old NC system in size, power waste, precision, reliability and the capability of anti-jamming; on the other hand, it is better than the software control in speed and real-time working. Moreover, this system has also been modified as software, although it is hardware in nature, which makes maintenance and upgrade easier.We can sure that it is a useful attempt to improving the performance of the numerical control system.
