【摘要】 随着经济全球化的迅速发展和中国改革开放的不断深化,大力发展对外直接投资正在成为推进我国经济发展的客观要求。在这种形势下,沈阳装备制造业发展的机遇和挑战并存。要想更广泛、更深入的融入世界经济,最大程度的分享参与国际分工的好处,获取国际交换的最佳利益,必须主动参与国际分工,积极推进企业对外直接投资,从而在全球范围内最有效的利用资源,提高企业的国际竞争力。境外投资面对的是与国内投资迥异的政治环境、法律环境、经济环境及人文环境。不同的国家、地区间投资环境的差异很大,并且由于投资动机不同,同一国家往往又会呈现出不同的吸引力。那么,面对如此复杂的国际投资环境,沈阳装备制造业对外直接投资必须进行谨慎、合理的区位选择,才能发挥优势,降低风险,确保投资的有效性。 本文从经济全球化的背景出发,首先系统的归纳西方各种有影响、有代表性的对外直接投资区位理论以及适用于我国发展的理论,作为沈阳装备制造业对外直接投资区位选择的理论基础。其次,综合运用理论分析和实证分析相结合的方法,以大量的统计资料和文献为基础,分析了沈阳装备制造业对外直接投资的必要性和可行性,作为区位选择的前提条件。然后,结合沈阳装备制造业的特点对投资目标分类,通过定性分析和定量分析相结合的方法,根据不同的投资目标分别对目标国进行初选和复选,得出重点的投资国。最后,由于区位选择战略的实施必须以相应的宏观环境为基础,在借鉴发达国家成功经验的基础上,从政府角度提出针对沈阳装备制造业对外直接投资区位选择的促进措施。 本文的研究成果及研究方法,尤其是在综合各种理论及参考大量实证研究成果的基础上,归纳提出针对不同的投资目标考察投资国关键区位因素进行区位选择的思路,希望能对沈阳市发展对外直接投资以及我国其他地区进行对外直接投资区位决策提供有益的指导和借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of world economic globalization and the future opening-up of our country, expend FDI becomes more and more necessary to boost our economy. Facing this situation, both opportunities and challenges are presented to the development of Shenyang’s Equipment Manufacturing. To involve the world economic extensively and intensively, to entry the advantage of international division of production to a great extent and to obtain the benefit of international exchange, the necessary choice of Shenyang’s enterprises is to go with the current times, which means to foster foreign direct investment, utilize the resources all over the world to the best, and improve their international competitive power. Outward FDI faces the different political environment, legal environment, economic environment and humane environment compared with at host. Investment environment among different countries or areas is obviously different, and because of different investment motives, the same country will demonstrate different appeal. Then, in the face of so complicated international investment environment, the foreign direct investment of Shenyang’s equipment manufacture must carry on the prudent, rational location choice, which could exert the advantage, reduce the risk, and guarantee the validity of investment.The paper, beginning with the world economic globalization, systematically sums up the various typical western FDI location theories and FDI theory suited with China, using them for reference. Secondly, the writer through theoretic study and empirical analysis based on the statistic database discusses the necessary and the feasibility of Shenyang’s Equipment Manufacturing FDI. Thirdly, the investment objective is classified based on the characteristic of Shenyang’s equipment manufacture. The writer adopts the primary election and the second election to the target country respectively according to different investment objective with quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, then draw the main target country. Finally, because location choice implementation must be based on corresponding macro environment,using successful experience of developed country for reference, we put forward the measure to promote location choice tactics of Shenyang’s equipment manufacture FDI in terms of government.The conclusion of this paper and the methods employed, especially the method that calculates key location factor of the object country based on different investment objective, which is generalized from different theories and plenty of latest empirical studies, is hoped to have an instructive and referential meaning to Shenyang and some other cities that ponders on similar strategies.更多还原
