旋风包络铣削理论及在挤出螺杆中的应用研究

【摘要】 随着社会和经济的发展,挤出螺杆正以其独特的优点广泛应用橡塑行业。目前,在国内,挤出螺杆的加工主要采用普通车铣或简易数控机床车铣削等方式,效率非常低,而且精度很难保证。本文在研究挤出螺杆特性和旋风包络理论的基础上,为了扩展旋风包络铣削方法的应用范围,进一步提高螺杆的加工精度和加工效率,将无瞬心包络工艺方法与以往内切式旋风成形铣削技术相结合,应用内旋风铣的圆形轨迹内切包络加工挤出螺杆。此方法在国内属于首次采用。根据挤出螺杆螺旋曲面特性,并根据包络原理,探索出一种求解简单、计算速度快的空间刀具轨迹计算方法。这种加工技术是将内旋风式铣削的高效性和包络法的高柔性结合一体的数控加工技术。 本文在对自由曲面、螺旋曲面的加工方法及步骤进行详细的研究和归纳总结的基础上,确定了采用旋风包络铣削方法来求解挤出螺杆螺旋曲面的加工刀具空间轨迹的方法和步骤。设计了旋风包络法所用的内铣刀新型装置,解决如何合理规划走刀路线、合理的步距点、减少加工误差、工件加工精度分析等一系列求解空间刀具轨迹数控技术关键问题,并且运用C++BULIDER编程语言,CAD/CAM软件UNIGRAPHICS实现上述算法并编制了数控加工软件。 旋风包络铣削法及其所采用刀盘、刀具装置,无疑改变了国内只能用普通车铣或简易数控机床车铣削加工挤出螺杆的现状,同时扩展了目前LXK系列螺旋槽四坐标铣床的功能,提高了加工挤出螺杆的效率和加工精度。这对提高我国橡塑工业的技术水平,推动国民经济的发展,将起到积极的推动作用。
【Abstract】 Along with the development of the society and economy, the extrusion screw is being applied in the rubber and plastics industry extensively with its special advantage. Currently, the method of general turning or simple numbers control turning was mainly used in the process of extrusion screw in the domestic. But the efficiency is very low, and the accuracy can be hardly guaranteed. In this thesis, based on the studying of extrusion screw characteristic and whirlwind envelope milling theory, for expanding the application of three-axial non-instantaneous external envelope method and further increasing the accuracy of the screw and the machining efficiency , non-instantaneous envelope method and internal whirlwind milling technique are combined together. This method is the first time adopted in the domestic. According to the principle of envelope and the characteristic of helical surface, a kind method to calculate tool-path, which is simple in way and quick in speed of calculation is investigated aiming at cutting curved face of screw.In this thesis, the method and steps for studying tool-path are confirmed based on research and summary of machining and technique of free surface and spiral surface. A set of tool equipment is designed for NC machine. Some problem such as program reasonable tool route, definition of reasonable machining points, reduces the error are solved here. The accuracy of machining workpiece is analyzed also in the article. Above arithmetic and simulation are realized with C++ Builder, CAD/ CAM software UNIGRAPH1CS.Whirlwind envelope method and its tool equipment not only change the present condition that can only manufacture extruding screw by general turning or simple numbers control turning, but also can increase to process the efficiency of the extruding screw and obtain the high quality of the extruding screw. It will improve our rubber and plastics industry, and promote our national economy.
