钢结构梁柱节点连接的优化设计

【摘要】 由于具有独特性能,随着经济的稳步发展,钢结构得以广泛的应用。但同时钢结构在地震中的破坏以及钢结构在施工过程中出现的事故,使人们认识到钢结构梁柱节点连接的安全性和可靠性对钢结构整体性能以及钢结构工程的安全性有着非常重要的影响。钢结构梁柱节点的连接按其受力性能可以分为:刚性连接、铰支连接和介于两者之间的半刚性连接。钢框架结构的梁柱连接多按刚性连接设计,主梁与柱的连接具有足够刚度。钢结构梁柱节点按照连接方法可以分为:焊接节点、螺栓连接节点和栓焊混合连接节点。 本文首先通过对比,针对三种主要的梁柱节点连接形式,即焊接连接、螺栓连接和栓焊混合连接,作了系统的分析、研究,总结各种连接形式的节点性能对钢框架结构的影响。 其次,在现有研究结果的基础上,借鉴其他学者的研究方法,总结出典型的连接形式的刚度参数值,采用该刚度参数值分析了对钢框架结构性能的影响。 再次,详细阐述了通过利用狗骨式梁柱节点形式来优化设计钢框架梁柱节点。运用有限元ANSYS程序进行大量的运算,对普通式梁柱节点和狗骨式梁柱节点进行各种荷载作用下受力性能的对比分析,总结出采用狗骨式节点设计,当对梁翼缘进行削弱,且如果削弱位置和尺寸设计合理时,节点在荷载作用下应力最大值将出现在具有很大塑性变形能力的梁翼缘削弱部位,偏离了在很多实际工程中最容易发生脆性破坏的梁柱节点连接处,达到设计增加的结构的延性的目的。并讨论了狗骨式节点削弱的合理位置和尺寸。 最后,根据以上研究分析结果,提出经济、合理、实用的狗骨式节点形式以及施工建议。

【Abstract】 Along with the steady development of the economy, the steel structures are being application extensively Because of the special function. But at the same time, the troubles of the steel structures that appear in the process of construction and the breakage in the earthquake, the people know that the safety and credibility of the steel structure beam-Pillar connection have affect safety of the whole function of the steel structure and the steel structure engineering deeply. By the function of undertaking power the conjunction of the steel structure beam-Pillar Connection can is divided into: The rigid connection, the hinge connection and semi- rigid connection between the both above. The beam-pillar connection of the steel frame structure usually being according to the rigid connection design in which there is enough rigid in the connection of main beam-pillar. According to the conjunction method, the steel structure beam-pillar conjunction can is divided into: weld conjunction, the bolt connection node and bolt- weld connection.Firstly, in this thesis, by contrast, the complete analysis and study had been done about the three kinds of main connection form: weld connection, the bolt connection joint and bolt- weld connection. At the same time, the influence of various joints function of connection form to the steel frame structure.Secondly, on the foundation of existing research result, consulting the research method of other scholars, some typical rigid degree parameter had been computed. The influence of various joints function of conjunction form to the steel frame structural had been analyzed by rigid degree parameter.Thirdly, it had been elaborated in detail the design thought of improving steel frame beam -pillar joints by making use of the dog-bone connection. A great deal of operation had been carried on by ANSYS procedure in order to contrast and analyze the function of undertaking various power of the two form: dog-bone connection and common connection. A conclusionhad been draw out: when dog-bone connection had been adopted, if the size of beam edge being weaken adequately, the stress biggest value of beam-pillar connection under power will appear at the part which had been weaken on beam edge where there is a great deal of transform ability, deviating beam-pillar joints where the brittleness breakage had taken place most easily in lot of actual engineering. The purpose of increasing structure ductility had been attained. At the same time the reasonable position and sizes of dog-bone conjunction had been discussed.Finally according to the conclusion drawn above, dog-bone connection form which are economy and reasonable and fitting and some suggests about construction had been put forward in this thesis.
