【摘要】 欧洲一体化是国际社会中地区主义(区域主义)发展的典型代表。作为解释欧洲一体化进程的主流理论,新功能主义和政府间主义之间的论争几乎主导了欧洲一体化理论发展的整个进程。本文第一章对新旧功能主义、政府间主义和自由政府间主义的观点进行了详细介绍和比较分析,并总结出它们之间相互争论和彼此批判的理论要点。这也就是本论文的“理论论争”部分。但是,由于欧洲一体化本身是一种非常复杂的现象,仅仅由一种或几种理论不可能进行全面的解释,因此,各种理论之间在论争的同时进行一定程度的“理论混合”便成为必然的趋势。本文的第二章丰要对新旧功能主义和政府间主义之间相互的“理论混合”展开论述,但同时也把视野放宽到整个国际关系理论界的“理论混合”,以及国际关系理论与非国际关系理论之间的“理论混合”。然而,笔者并不仅仅停留在对两大主流理论“论争”和“混合”的研究上,而是在承认它们对立(“论争”)与妥协(“混合”)的前提下,试图构建某种“超越”性的理论,以求从更高的理论层面上和更宽的理论范畴内,对欧洲一体化进行更加全面、深刻的理解和解释,从而跳出两大理论阵营之间“永无休止”的“对立与妥协”的窠臼。本文第三章中,作者首先引荐陈玉刚博士的“国家之外主义”,并对其进行批判性分析,然后结合学界相关理论,构建了国际关系理论内部和外部两个层次的“理论超越”。更多还原

【Abstract】 European integration is a typical representation of the regionalism in the international society. As the major theories on the European integration, the Functionalism and the inter-governmentalism play a very important role in the development of the theories on the European integration, which is almost dominated by the debate between the two major theories. In the first chapter, I will introduce and compare the main ideas and opinions of the two major theories, and then I will analyze the key points of the debate between the two major theories. This chapter is the part of "the debate of the theories" .Because the European integration is itself a very complex phenomenon, which can not be explained by a single theory or just several theories, "the mixture of the theories" becomes an inevitable tendency. In the second chapter, I will discuss "the mixture of the theories" between the Functionalism and the inter-governmentalism. At the same time, the discussion will expand to the whole area of the international theories and the other theories beyond the international theories.However, it is not enough for me just staying at the levels of "debate" and "mixture" and I want to try to construct a certain "surpassing of the theories". The main purpose of this "surpassing" is to find some better understandings and explanations on the European integration, from some higher levels and wider perspectives of theory. In the last chapter, I will introduce the"Extranationalism" of Doctor Chen Yugang with my own critical analysis, and then I will construct my own "surpassing of the theories", which conclude two levels of surpassing-the surpassing inside and outside the international relations.更多还原
