沥青混合料水稳性研究

【摘要】 高速公路沥青路面的水损害是导致我国高速公路沥青路面早期损坏的主要原因之一。大量的研究资料表明,进入路面结构内的自由水是造成路面损坏的首要因素。水损害很大的降低了路面的使用寿命,提高了路面养护成本,给国民经济造成巨大的损失。 本课题主要从沥青本身性能、微观机理分析、沥青混合料特性、道路水稳性机理分析几方面探讨了影响沥青混合料水稳性的多种因素。主要研究方法是比较几种现有的排水沥青混合料的级配,通过调整级配的粗料和细料,特别是4.75mm和1.18mm的集料比例,从所确定级配的试验中,发现具有良好水稳性的最佳级配,并发现沥青混合料的透水性和空隙率的相互关系。主要内容包括:分析和归纳道路水损坏现象的特点和对道路产生的影响;对评价沥青混合料水稳性的各项指标及测定方法进行分析比较;从物理性能和化学性能两方面指出集料和沥青的粘结机理,进一步探讨路面产生水损坏的内因和外因。通过试验分析确定最佳的级配及油石比。比较分析了几种常见的改性剂,给出用水泥代替部分矿粉的用量。本研究重点是找出一种可显著提高沥青混合料水稳定性的最佳级配,并对沥青混凝土的排水设计做出改进。 通过此次研究提出可提高沥青混合料水稳性,同时也能保证路面良好的抗车辙和路面抗滑性,使之适应于高速公路重车大交通量的交通特性和环境特性,从而满足路面的安全性和可用性,还可以延长路面使用寿命;有效改善我国高速公路沥青路面质量,从长期的方面降低道路的养护维修成本,提高道路服务水平。

【Abstract】 The water damage of bituminous concrete pavement has been one of the uppermost disease on expressway. A large number of research materials indicate that primary factor causing the road surface to be damaged is water entering in road surface structure. Water damages reduce badly service life on road surface, raise the maintain cost, and bring enormous losses to national economy.This subject mainly probes into many kinds of factors influencing pitch mixture water stability from the own performance of pitch, micro mechanism analysis, pitch mixture characteristic, road water stability mechanism and several respects. The main research approach is to compare several kinds of existing drainage pitch mixture gradation, through adjusting fine aggregate and coarse aggregate proportion, especially 2.36mm and 1.18mm, from the results of tests, point out optimum gradation of good water stability, and find the interrelation of bituminous mixture perviousness and void ratio. The main content includes: analyze characteristic of water damage and influence to road; compare every index and determine method to bituminous mixture. Point out flet mechanism of aggregate and pitch from two respects of physics and chemical performance, probe into internal cause and external cause on road surface further. It confirms gradation and asphalt-aggregate ratio by test. Compare several normal modify pharmaceutic, give the content of cement replaces some part of mineral powder. Focal point to choose an optimum gradation can improve bituminous mixture water stability, and improve drainage design.It can improve the bituminous mixture water steadily through researching and guarantee road surface good resisting rut and resisting slip at the same time. Accommodate it to expressway serious traffic of volume of traffic characteristic and environmental characteristic, thus satisfy the road surface security and usability, lengthen road surface service life; improve the road surface quality of our country effectively, reduce the maintenance cost of the road from long-term respect, improve the service level of the road.
