【摘要】 就业问题一直是经济学研究的重要课题之一,在宏观经济政策的三大目标——充分就业、低通货膨胀、高速增长之中,就业问题首当其冲;中国作为人口大国,目前面临着严峻的就业形势,因而,推动就业增长是倍受人们关注的问题。一般来说,在开放条件下,外商直接投资(FDI)对带动本国或本地区就业增长具有一定的积极作用。但是,FDI对东道国就业数量的影响在不同的情况下是不同的,外商直接投资在东道国的生产经营活动既直接创造就业机会,也间接创造就业机会,当然也可能直接或间接减少就业机会,这取决于外商直接投资的进入方式、经营战略、以及东道国劳动力市场的完善程度、运行效率、劳动力质量等多种因素。此外,外商直接投资对东道国的就业结构、就业质量都有一定的影响。从外商直接投资对广东省就业水平、就业结构、就业质量的作用进行相应的分析,是本文的主体思路。同时,本文针对外商直接投资对广东省就业的影响加以实证研究,得出的结论是利用外商直接投资目前能够有效的促进广东省就业水平的增长、并优化其就业结构、提高其就业质量。 本文共分为四章:第一章,对本文的研究背景、研究意义、结构及有关概念作以简要介绍。第二章为理论综述,首先介绍了外商直接投资与就业的有关理论,然后对这些理论进行评述。第三章对广东省外商直接投资的情况做以简单描述。第四章是本文的重点章节,分别考察了外商直接投资对广东省就业水平、就业结构、就业质量的影响。文章研究表明,FDI对广东省的劳动就业效应总的来说是正的,但逐渐出现减少的趋势。外商独资对广东省就业水平的贡献大于其他形式的外商投资企业对广东省就业水平的贡献。总之,全部外商直接投资对广东省就业效应是大的。全部FDI对广东省第二产业的劳动就业具有正面影响,对第一、三产业的劳动就业影响不明显,但从分析看,对第三产业的就业具有一定的优化作用。中国港澳台的外商直接投资对广东省的劳动就业促进效应大于其他来源的外商直接投资。全部FDI有利于广东省就业质量的提高和劳动力市场的发展。第五章是本文的小结和不足之处。更多还原

【Abstract】 The employment question has always been one of the important subjects of the economicsresearch. It stands in the breach in three major goals-full employment , low inflation ,growing at top speed-in the macro economic policy. China, as the large country inpopulation, faces the severe employment situation at present, therefore, it is a question concerned by people extremely. Generally speaking, foreign direct investment (FDI) has certain positive role to drive this country employment under open condition. However, the influence of the employment quantity by FDI is different because that the operating activities of foreign direct investment may create or reduce the employment opportunity directly or indirectly depend on many kinds of factors, such as the perfection degree and operational efficiency of labor markets, management strategy, worker’s quality. In addition, foreign direct investment has certain influence on employment structure and employment quality. The employment quantity, employment structure and employment quality of foreign direct investment in Guangdong Province is the main idea of this article. Meanwhile, this article research the influence of foreign direct investment on employment of Guangdong Province by the positive ways and draw a conclusion that FDI is effective promotion to the employment of Guangdong Province.This paper is divided into four chapters: Chapter one is the brief introduction background of study, research meaning, structure and relevant concepts of this article. Chapter two is a theory survey. Chapter three describes the situation of the foreign direct investment of Guangdong Province briefly. Chapter four is a key chapter of this article and research the effect of FDI from the employment quantity, employment structure and employment quality in Guangdong Province separately. The article shows that the effects of FDI on employment of Guangdong Province are positive, but the trend reduces gradually. Chapter five is brief summary of this article and it’s weak.更多还原
