可再生能源并网逆变器的研究

【摘要】 随着新能源在分布式发电系统中的不断应用,并网逆变器系统的研究成为一个重要的领域。本文针对电压型并网逆变器系统进行实验和相关的研究,其主要内容如下: 本文第一章对新能源分布式发电系统和并网逆变相关技术进行总结。 第二章主要针对低频多重化并网逆变器的研究工作进行总结和特点分析。基于该研究基础,提出高频逆变器的主电路结构,并进行输出滤波器参数的设计。 第三章针对电压型逆变器和电流型逆变器并网进行模型分析与闭环设计,最后介绍了同步锁相和切换技术,并进行相关的仿真和实验。 第四章首先介绍孤岛效应的概念和危险,并通过等效电路分析逆变器并网过程中发生孤岛效应的原因以及几种防止孤岛效应的检测方法,最后选用逆变器有源电压扰动法进行实验研究。 第五章是电压型并网逆变器系统的研制,包括控制电路设计和相关实验。 最后对本文工作进行了总结和展望。

【Abstract】 As the renewable energy’s applying in the distributed generation system, the research of the grid-connected inverter system becomes more important. The following contents were summarized by the research and experiment on the grid-connected inverter controlled by voltage.In Chapter one, it was summarized about the renewable energy in distributed generation system and the technology of grid-connected inverter.Based on the summary and analysis of the low frequency multiple inverters, the main circuit structure of high frequency inverter and the design of output filter parameters were proposed in Chapter two.The modeling analysis and closed loop design of voltage controlled and current controlled inverter paralleled with grid were prescribed in Chapter three, followed with the introduction of phase locked technology and switching. Meanwhile, some simulation and experiments results were presented.The islanding effects were entirely introduced in Chapter four. The principle of islanding effect and the methods of anti-islanding through the equivalent circuits of grid-connected inverter, and the active voltage perturbation method was applied to the system in the experiments.The Chapter five was about the experiments of voltage controlled grid-connected inverter. The design of controlled circuits and experimental results were also presented.The summary and further research ideas would be given at the last chapter.
