继电保护故障信息系统设计

【摘要】 全面建设电网的继电保护故障信息系统是国家电力公司九五规划中的重要大纲项目。电网继电保护故障信息系统(Relay Protection Fault Information System)已成为国内研究的一个重要题目,采用国际标准IEC61850(变电站通信网络和系统)和IEC 61970[能量管理系统(EMS)应用接口标准]是建立开放系统的主要依据。本文重点结合金华地区局的特点,探讨金华地区电网建立继电保护故障信息系统的总体设计,并就该系统的安全运行提出了自己的见解和解决方案。
【Abstract】 TO BUILD A COMPLETE POWER GRID RELAY PROTECTION AND FAULT INFORMATION SYSTEM IS AN IMPORTANT GUIDELINE PROJECT OF STATE GRID COMPANY IN NIGHTH FIVE YEAR PLANNING , SO POWER GRID RELAY PROTECTION AND FAULT INFORMATION SYSTEM BECOMES THE PRESENT IMPORTANT RESEARCH PROGRAM IN CHINA. ADOPTING IEC61850 (SUBSTATION COMMUNICATION AND SYSTEM) AND 1EC 61970 (ENERGY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM APPLICATION PROGRAM INTERFACE) IS THE PRIMARY GUIDANCE TO BUILD SUCH AN OPEN INFORMATION NET SYSTEM. THIS THESIS, WHICH TAKES JINHUA DISTRICT POWER GRID AS A STUDY CASE, HAS STUDIED TO GENERAL DESIGN OF GRID RELAY PROTECTION AND FAULT INFORMATION SYSTEM AND OPERATIONAL SAFETY IS SPECIALLY STUDIED AS WELL AS ITS SOLUTION.
