穗深港服务业结构的比较研究

【摘要】 本文从服务业内部结构入手,探讨了珠三角三个最大的城市广州、深圳、香港服务业内部结构特征的差异,以及三城市的发展与服务业内部结构变化的关系。 本文的绪论部分,对论文的研究背景和意义、研究设计及主要的创新之处作了提纲挈领的阐述。第1章,首先对服务及服务业的涵义进行了解释,接着探讨了产业的分类及服务业的范围,在产业分类中,对比分析了产业结构研究采用较多的分类法,即三次产业分类法和标准产业分类,提出本文认为的服务业的范围,大致与国际上接轨。然后对国内外服务业分类方法及其内涵进行了比较,提出本文的服务业内部结构体系的架构,即主要采用服务业四分法进行本论文的分析。作为理论和实证研究的铺垫,本文的第2章对服务业内部结构理论的研究进行了回顾,并对穗深港服务业内部结构的实证研究进行归纳评析。本论文的第3、4、5章是本文的核心研究内容,首先从穗深港三个城市服务业发展总的特征出发,比较三城市总的发展特征的差异,然后分别从增加值结构、就业结构、规模结构、三个方面对三个城市服务业内部差异进行了分析探讨,在综合水平方面,香港最高,广州次之,深圳最低;在增加值结构方面,香港生产性服务业最具优势,广州在分配性、消费性和社会性服务业三个方面都具有比较优势;在就业结构方面,采用比较劳动生产率,三个城市的生产性服务业的劳动效率都很高,其中香港生产性服务业的比较劳动生产率是最低的,三个城市的消费性服务业的劳动效率都很低,而香港的消费性服务业的劳动效率在三城市中最高;在服务业平均从业规模来看,香港最小,深圳最大,香港的平均规模比较稳定,广州和深圳的变化较大。接着探讨了穗深港城市发展与服务业结构变化的关系,主要从经济增长、工业化和经济规模三个方面进行探讨。论文的第6章,是结论章,对全文进行总结。更多还原

【Abstract】 This dissertation commenced from the internal structure of the service industries, inquiring into triangle differences of the internal structure characteristics of three biggest cities in Pearl River Delta Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Hong Kong, and relationship of the city development and service industries internal structure variety.The introduction was designed to expatiate upon the research background and meaning, research plan of the thesis and mainly creative place. Chapter 1 demostrated the meaning to the connotation of the service and the service industries first, then inquiried into the classification of the service industries and the scope of the service industries. In industry categorizing, this dissertation contrastly analyzed thrice industry classified method and standard industry classification, then put forward the scope of the service industries that this text thought, mostly in line with international standard. Then analyzed comparison of domestic and international classified method and its content on the service industries and set up the internal structure system of the service industries, mainly adopt the namely four classified method of service industries carried on the analysis of this thesis. Be the cushion of the theories and substantial evidence research, chapter 2 was theoretical to the internal structure of the service industries of the research carried on the review, and annotated service industries’ inner structural reasearch of Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Hong Kong.Chapter 3, 4 and 5 are the textual core research contents, which developped the total characteristic set out from three cities service industries first, comparied the differences of the total development characteristic of the cities, then the structure from the increment respectively, employment, scale. At the comprehensive level aspect, Hong Kong is the highest, then Guangzhou is in the medium, Shenzhen is the lowest; In the aspects of increment structure, the Producer Services in Hong Kong have the most advantage, Guangzhou has comparable advantage in Distributive Services, Consumer Services and Social Services; In the aspects of employment structure, adopted compares labor rate method, the labor efficiencieses of the Producer services of three cities are all very high, among them, the comparison labor rate of Producer services in Hong Kong is the lowest, the labor efficiencies of the Consumer Servicesof three cities are all very low, but the labor efficiency of the Consumer Services of Hong Kong is the highest in three cities; See from the industry scale equally in the service industries, Hong Kong is the smallest, Shenzhen is the biggest, the average scale of Hong Kong is more stable, of Guangzhou and Shenzhen are instable. At last this dissertation was inquired into the relationship of city development and the change of service industries structure of the three cities, mainly carried on the study from the economic development, industrialization and economic total amount.
