预应力混凝土连续箱梁设计施工中若干关键问题的研究

【摘要】 预应力混凝土连续箱梁的悬臂施工作为大跨径桥梁的主要建设方式日渐成熟,但此类桥梁设计、施工中仍然存在着某些关键问题其处理方式比较含糊。论文结合某工程施工监控项目中的实际情况,利用桥梁专用软件和大型有限元Ansys分析程序相结合,着重对三个问题进行了探讨,即:对施工中的临时约束体系进行研究,并提出了合理的锚固方案;针对腹板斜裂缝的成因以及相应解决方法的研究,特别是如何通过合理优化纵、竖向预应力筋的布置来防止具有危害性的腹板斜裂缝的产生;同时针对于工程中竖向预压应力难以施加和保持提出了对腹板使用U形预应力筋的设想,并通过理论计算证明在工程上应用是完全可靠、可行的。

【Abstract】 Now cantilever construction of prestressed concrete continuous box girder as the chief construct methord in engineering has gone intio the rang of mature.But this species bridges from design to construction have some question and their solve method still ambiguous.The test associate actural condition of one construction monitor item and use specialized software of bridge and finite element programming Ansys researched three focus question.First, research the systerm of temporary restrain in engineering and present the proper scheme.Second, strudy the origin of oblique crack on web plate and present the corresponding solve methord.specially, in order to prevent the hazard crack on web plate ,reseached focus factor how to properly set longitudinal and vertical prestressed link.Third ,present a new idea of use U form prestressed link in web plate to solve the puzzled question of force and keep vertical prestrssing.Through theoretical calculation approved this idea is credible and feasible plan in engineering.
