基于遗传算法的AHP及其在城市系统评价中的应用

【摘要】 城市系统是个复杂的系统,存在着很多不能定量的因素。若用经典、常规的方法来解决城市系统评价中的问题,则较为困难。基于此,提出一些改进的方法来解决城市系统评价中的问题就显得十分迫切。 本论文就城市系统评价中存在的一些问题,并针对传统的AHP具有的一些局限性,提出了一些改进方法,并将其应用到城市系统评价中去。指数标度法以其符合韦伯—费希纳心理学定律和具有许多优秀性质而被广为认可和高度评价。针对应用AHP中判断矩阵的一致性这一核心问题,提出一种运用加速遗传算法计算排序权值,同时提高判断矩阵一致性的方法。九标度判断矩阵是AHP中最基本、最常用的,但为了便于处理复杂系统,常采用三标度判断矩阵来给出判断矩阵,再转换成九标度判断矩阵,进而计算九标度判断矩阵各要素的排序权值和检验判断矩阵的一致性。因此,研究将三标度判断矩阵转换成九标度判断矩阵的方法就十分重要。将模糊思想引入AHP中,运用模糊一致性矩阵与其权重的关系构造评价模型,采用加速遗传算法来求解这个模型,从而得到评价指标的排序权重,将其应用到水污染控制方案的优选中,评价结果合理且有效。

【Abstract】 City systems are complex systems, which have lots of non-quantitative factors. If we use classical and routine methods to solve the evaluation problems of city systems, it may be difficult. So, we bring forward improved methods to solve evaluation problems of city systems.Some improved methods are put forward and applied to the evaluation of city systems in this paper, because there are many problems in the evaluation of city systems and some limitation in the conventional AHP. Exponential scale method is widely recognized and highly evaluated because it meets Weber-Fischna psychology law and possesses many excellent properties. In order to resolve the key problem of the consistency check of judgment matrix when applying AHP, an improved method based on accelerating genetic algorithm is presented in this paper, furthermore the method can heighten the consistency of judgment matrix. Nine scales judgment matrix is the most basic and the most frequent use. But in order to deal with the complex systems easily, now common method is to construct three scales judgment matrix, and to transform it to nine scales judgment matrix, and to compute the rank weights and check the consistency of the nine scales judgment matrix. So it is important to study the transform method. Fuzzy idea is introduced to AHP, the evaluation model is constructed by using relation between fuzzy consistency matrix and its weights, and adopting accelerating genetic algorithm to solve the model. The evaluation examples show that the result is reasonable and effective.
