钢纤维混凝土在佛子岭水库大坝加固(设计)中的应用

【摘要】 本文在分析大坝存在的问题的基础上,通过对大坝的两端拱、墙垛原结构设计的分析,提出多种加固方案,对方案进行技术与经济比较,最后采用喷射钢纤维混凝土对大坝坝面、垛内局部进行加固处理,在垛尾使用泵送现浇钢纤维混凝土填筑抗滑,并对加固方案进行结构分析;提出了大坝裂缝的处理方法;通过钢纤维混凝土的室内、现场实验,分析钢纤维混凝土在不同配合比和外加剂情况下的抗压强度、抗拉强度、抗折强度、与老混凝土的粘结强度、弯曲韧度指数、韧度系数,为大坝结构加固施工提供了依据和质量保证,使加固后的大坝达到应有的效果和安全度,并为喷射钢纤维混凝土这种新材料、新技术在我省和大坝加固中的应用开拓新的途径。
【Abstract】 In this paper, based on analysis the problem of the dam, though analysis the old structural design of the both head arch sheeting and all crib dam, sorts of reinforcing methods were afforded, these methods was compared from the view of technique and economy, the method that was adopt is treating the minor surface and minor inside crib of the dam by jetting steel fiber concrete.in order to skid resistance, cast-in-site steel fiber concrete was filled inside the end of crib dam by pumping up, and the method of the reinforcing structure was analyzed. The method of the dam racking treatment was provided. Though the laboratory experiment and site test of the steel fiber concrete, the compression strength tensile strength, rupture strength, bond strength with the old concrete, bend toughness index and toughness factor in difference ratio of mixture and admixture were analyzed. The background information and quality assurance were provided for the reinforcing construction execution of work of the dam. After reinforced, the dam can provide the predication effectiveness and degree of safety, and the new method that apply the new material and technology was developed in An-Hui province and the reinforcing of the dam.
