【摘要】 二十一世纪我国逐步进入老龄化社会,而中国的老年事业严重滞后于经济和社会发展,社会养老设施不足、老龄建筑功能不完善、建筑细节不适应老年人使用等一系列老龄建筑问题己严峻地摆到我们面前。营造一个满足老龄人的生理心理需求、符合老龄人行为特征的建筑与环境,是我们在新的世纪所肩负的使命。本文以人口老龄化为背景,运用建筑学和老年学的基本原理相关理论,来研究老年人和老年群体参与社会生活所需要的建筑内容、建筑构成和建筑环境。积极老龄建筑的研究任务,就是从建筑学和城市规划学的领域和角度出发,根据老年人的生理、心理以及其它一些特有参加的规律和特征,来探索保证和促使老年人及老年群体更好地安度晚年所需的各种物质、文化和精神生活所需要的建筑场所和设施,以期在建筑学范围内为积极老龄化提供专业服务。本文所研究的积极老龄建筑,具体可包括:城市老人公共建筑、城市老人居住建筑和老人公共活动空间等。全文以老年人为核心,自始至终贯彻对老年人的关怀。本文旨在通过对老龄建筑的研究,能为即将出现的大量老龄建筑提供一点启示与要求,最终能为创造一个“不分年龄,人人共享”的和谐社会,贡献自己的一份力量。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development in 21th century, the population of aged person is getting larger and larger in our society. So the society of our country is gradually turn into old-age state. But the developments of social work for aged person is behind the progress of society and economy. There is a series of very serious problems such as: Lack of social establishment for aged person , unsatisfaction of building functions for aged person, unfit architecture detail etc. So it is our duty to make a good architecture and circumstance, which is fit for the physical and mental request of aged person .Based on and the basic theory of the architecture and geromarasmus in the old-age state, this paper analyzes the connotations , the framework and the environment of positive geriatric buildings by which the aged person can participate the social life. From the architecture and city planning , it emphasizes that its essence is to search the better space and facilities which ensure the old people to have the more comfortable life in terms of the method and the features of the old people’s physical and psychology drive. So this paper explains the concept of the geriatric buildings . That is: one is the urban public architecture for aged person and the other is the urban apartment and the public space for aged person.The essay also concentrates on the senior citizen , expressing the solicitude for aged person from the beginning to the end, which aims at offering some revelation and requirement for aged person buildings that well be largely established by research the paper.
