基于Modbus通讯协议的电动机保护器的研究

【摘要】 电动机是各行业应用最为广泛的动力设备。以往由于每台电动机容量不大,电动机保护不为继电保护工作者所重视,保护装置经常出现拒动而使电动机烧毁,或者由于保护装置的误动从而跳闸。以往为了保证电机的安全稳定运行,常常需要工作人员定期检修与维护。然而这种人工的方法不仅需要耗费大量的人力、物力、财力,而且无法保证设备故障能够被及时发现与排除。 近年来,随着计算机技术与自动控制理论的不断发展,出现了以微处理器为核心的微机型继电保护装置。与传统的保护装置相比,这种新型保护装置具有强大的逻辑分析与处理功能、可实现性能完善且复杂的保护原理、可兼有故障记录与故障分析功能、易于实现网络化管理等显著的优点,成为电机保护装置的主要发展方向。 本文主要针对智能电动机保护系统的电动机保护部分和电动机保护系统与上位机的通讯部分进行了设计和研究。 本论文主要就以下几个部分进行了阐述: 1) 电动机保护装置的发展现状以及今后的发展趋势; 2) 根据电动机的保护原理提出了一系列的电动机保护模型; 3) 介绍了基于AT89C52电机保护装置的硬件结构和软件设计; 4) 采用VB实现基于Modbus通讯协议的电动机保护装置和上位机之间的通讯; 5) 对保护装置工作现场可能遇到的干扰进行理论上的分析,并在此基础上给出了具体的抗干扰方法; 6) 总结全文,指出课题的不足之处并提出展望。
【Abstract】 Motor is the most widely used dynamic equipment in all fields. In the past, because the capacity of each motor is not very large, the importance of motor relay protection is not concerned seriously and the protective device often refuse to act and thus lead to the motor to be destroyed. In the past, in order to ensure the motor to operate safely, the workers were required to check the and maintain the equipment regularly. But this man-made method not only costs a great deal of manpower, material and financial resources but also unable to ensure to detect and fix the faults in time. So the important power device must be equipped with the operation state measurement and protective device.In recent years, with the development of computer technology and automation control theory, microcomputer-based relay protection device has come into being.Compared with traditional protective devices, this new type of protective devices has the powerful function of logical analyses and data treatment, easy to fulfill network management and other advantages, and has become the main direction of development of motor protection device.In this paper, the design of motor protection system of an intelligent motor controller and communication of the system is discussed.The main contents are included in this paper:1) The development and future of motor protection system;2) Quite a comprehensive discussion and analysis to frequently occurred troubles of the motor is provided;3) The hardware design and software design of the motor protection system based on AT89C52 are introduced;4) VB is adopted to develop the soft of communication between system and upper position machine based Modbus protocol.5) The problem of disturbance has been discussed. The methods of anti-disturbance are raised and applied,6) Give the summarization to the paper and indicate the drawback and the improvement.
