汽车车身CAN总线控制系统应用与研究

【摘要】 汽车电子技术是一个技术复杂、门类多、知识密集的高技术领域,涉及电子、机械、计算机多个学科。CAN(控制器局域网),属于现场总线的范畴,作为一种高速、可靠、并且对分布式实时控制应用来说是低成本的串行总线,它被广泛用汽车电子控制领域里。 论文是在合肥工业大学汽车总线课题组的近两年工作的总结。从CAN总线车身控制系统的基本拓扑结构和工作原理入手,对系统的硬件构成、参数选择、控制方案及软件实现等问题进行了分析、讨论。具有多种自诊断功能和自我保护功能的CAN智能节点可以迅速有效的与网络交换数据,实现了汽车控制部件的智能化和汽车控制系统的网络化的目标。 论文同时提出了一种面向部件的多值逻辑描述语言,并使用该方法描述出汽车各测控部件之间的事件逻辑行为关系表达成检测式、规则式、执行式等清晰明了的形式化语言,成功地应用它解决了汽车控制系统中复杂逻辑控制的难题;还涉及嵌入式系统以及嵌入式操作系统等概念,上位机使用的解释软件。 最后,论文还对概念车的性能进行了分析,结合当前汽车电子领域的发展趋势,提出了一种从样车到产品转换的新思路。
【Abstract】 Vehicle electronics is a complex, multilateral and synthetic high-tech which embodies micro & power electronics, mechanism and computer science. As a serial bus with high speed, high reliability, and low cost for distributed real time control applications, CAN (Controller Area Network) is a distinguished example of vehicle electronics.The thesis is a conclusion of two years’ work in Automobile Bus Application Institution of HFUT. First, the basic topology and theory of the vehicle body control system based on the CAN-BUS is introduced. Secondly, the thesis analyses and discusses the issues of hardware configuration, parameter optimization, controlling methodology, and software implementing. Then, the CAN-BUS based vehicle body control system has been developed successfully. Every intelligent node in the system can exchange data with the network, at the same time, more functions of automatic detection and protecting are provided, and its flexible design also adapts to more applications. A vehicle body equipments control with intelligence and network is achieved.The thesis introduces a special software package------Component-OrientedMulti-Value Description Language. The package consists of detection, rule and execution expressions, which can solve the complicated logical control problem in the system. Embedded System, Embedded Operation System, host computer Interpreter program are also discussed.The thesis analyses the performance of the conceptual vehicle. Furthermore, according to the developing trend of the vehicle electronics, it proposes a new way of improvement and perfection of the transfer from concept to product.
