NUS-2型立体停车设备的开发研究

【摘要】 本篇论文论述了作者在攻读工程硕士研究生期间所从事的科研开发项目—NUS—2立体停车设备的开发研究—的研究过程以及研究成果。 论文首先介绍了此科研项目的选题,以及确立此项目并进行开发研究的目的和意义。之后,系统地介绍了项目的研究、设计过程,以及试验检测和成果应用。 论文以研究工作的进展顺序为序,分章、节逐一论述了设计过程、生产制造过程、试验检测过程和成果应用案例。在设计过程部分,详细论述了设备总体结构设计、传动系统设计、控制系统设计和安全防护设计,其中对钢结构件的受力做了深入的理论分析、计算和实际检测。在生产制造过程部分,详细论述了设备关键零部件的工艺研究过程和试制过程。在试验检测过程部分,详细论述了钢结构框架的应力测试和设备安全运行检测,并提供了详细的检测数据报告。最后以少量的篇幅提供了本开发研究成果投入实际应用的多个案例,以实际应用效果说明了研究项目的成功。 论文以专门章节作为重点,详细论述了本研究项目的技术创新点,以及在设计和工艺方面的独创性。全文配以公式、图表和试验数据,正确和直观的阐述了研究项目的全部过程和成果。比较客观的反映出作者从事科研开发工作的能力和水平。

【Abstract】 The purpose of this paper is to focus on an auto-parking system equipments’ development and deliverable which I studied during my master course. The analysis, study and development are all base upon the project of NUS -2 parking equipment. In this paper, my introduction is divided into four main parts, design procedure; manufacture procedure; experimental procedure and application case study; all described in detailed by chapter. In the design procedure section, I described equipments general construction design, drive system design, controlling system design and security protection design, and especially took a deep theoretical analysis, calculation and test on the force on steel structure members. In the manufacture procedure section, I described how equipment key parts craft to be studied and tested. In the experimental procedure section, the test reports are presented detailed for the stress of steel structure members and safety to run. In the end, I provided couple of cases to prove and illustrate how the project study deliverable can successfully be applied.Formulas, illustrations and experimental data of this paper correctly and directly describe how the project goes and how the deliverable to be produced, and well reflected the author’s capability and technical performance.
