基于PSM技术的EAST中性束注入器加速极高压电源设计

【摘要】 本文介绍了80kV,80A EAST托卡马克装置中性束注入器加速极电源的设计方案。该方案利用脉阶调制技术,引入一种新颖的80个不可控直流电源模块串联的解决方案。加速极电源的输出电压取决于投入的模块数,通过开关可调节输出电压在0-100%额定电压范围内阶梯变化。在电路各元器件的参数的选择上,是通过解析和仿真的方法对电容滤波型三相桥式整流电路做了较深入的分析后,并充分考虑实际情况下确定的。最后,本文针对电路过压、过流等故障进行了分析,并提出了相应的控制和保护措施。实验表明该电源的电路结构和电气参数的选择是正确的。与传统的整流加串联真空调整管方案相比较,基于PSM技术的电源方案具有多方面的优点。

【Abstract】 The paper describes the 80kV,80A design of power supply for the acceleration grids of the Neutral Beam Injectors of the EAST TOKAMAK. The design introduces a new solution of 80 uncontrolled dc choppers connected in series making use of pulse step modulation The output voltage is given by the number of choppers which are switched on, and can be controlled by switches for varying in step between 0-100% rated voltage. This paper present a detailed analysis of Capacitor-filtered Three-phase bridge rectifier circuits based on an analytical method and simulation, considering practical condition adequately, for choosing parameters of element. At last, The paper analyzed the failure such as over-voltage over-current etc, and the control and protection methods is proposed. The results of experiment are shown to confirm the validity of the design. The design has some advantages by comparison with conventional dc power supply with tube in series.
