仿真培训系统及测控网络研究

【摘要】 国内石油化工企业中,随着新装置的投入使用、旧装置的扩容与改造以及控制系统的更新换代,分布式计算机控制系统得到越来越广泛的应用。与此同时,设备的规模、复杂程度以及操作要求也不断地增加,使用传统的培训方法,其培训效果难以令人满意。因此,研究与开发新一代仿真培训系统对操作人员进行培训,有效地弥补传统教学和培训的不足,使培训效率、仿真性大为提高已成为当务之急。 如何充分利用现有物力资源,减少开发的投入成本,加快开发速度与效率,成为本课题进行研究与开发的基本思想。本文针对石化企业的DCS仿真培训系统的开发进行了研究与实践,针对现有平台组态出的仿操作站画面与操作模式不足,提出应用DELPHI软件开发平台进行DCS仿真培训系统低投入、高效快速开发的策略,具有一定的实用性。 硬件方面:去掉对培训效果影响不大而又昂贵的操作台、专用键盘等设备,以达到低投入目标。软件方面:通过配置文件可决定系统单机运行还是多机运行模式,并灵活指定教师指令台、仿操作站和仿现场站。针对不同的DCS控制系统,教师指令台和现场站的开发只需对控制组态的数据库文件修改、编辑;而操作站的开发则在框架文件内,经修改、增删组件,然后在Delphi开发环境IDE中将一个个组件进行组态,以此达到系统高效快速开发。 与此同时,如何充分利用陈旧设备以满足新系统培训要求也是本文的一个研究领域。针对YHJ-2模拟培训系统,提出了基于“即插即用”理念的单片机网络硬件及软件的设计方法,具有一定的新颖性、独特性。该研究扩展了测控数据采集及处理的范围,以满足新型操作系统的培训要求,提高了数据传递过程中的可靠性、灵活性和安全性。

【Abstract】 Accompanied with the construction of new apparatus, the alteration of old apparatus and the renovation of control system, the distributed control system (DCS) gets more and more applications. Meanwhile, the scale and complexity of the facilities are increased, the effects of the traditional training methods such as teaching in classroom are unsatisfactory. Therefore, the use of the computer simulation training system for the operators can compensate the shortcoming of traditional teaching and training, and will improve the training efficiency significantly.How to utilize the human and material resources to develop the computer simulation training system more independently and more quickly with lower costs and higher efficiency is a project that we should study. In this thesis, the research and practice are done based on the DCS simulation training systems for petrochemical industry, a new development strategy based on the DELPHI development studio is proposed to develop the simulation training systems more quickly with lower costs and higher efficiency.Hardware: take out the expensive but useless operational station and special keyboards for the purpose of lower input. Software: The main feature is that one machine or more machines running mode, the teacher station, the operator station and the field station will be assigned by the configuration file. In allusion to different DCS, the development of the teacher station and the field station will be carried out by editing the database file of control configuration. Meanwhile, the development of the operator station is carried out first by editing the components in the frame and then by the configuration of components in the IDE of DELPHI. All these methods will ensure efficient development.Meanwhile, how to utilize obsolete equipment to meet new system train demand is also one research field of this paper. According to YHJ-2 simulation training system, the single chip processor network is proposed based-on the concept of plug and play in this paper. The hardware structure and software design are also presented in details which is novelty and unique. This research can enlarge the scope of data acquisition and data process of measuring and controlling network, and enhance the reliability, flexibility and security of data transmission.
