【摘要】 北宋初,黄河已经结束了历史上的第二个“安流期”。此起彼伏的河患给北宋黄河流域带来的灾难和损失超过了此前任何朝代。深究北宋黄河水患成因虽多,但除了自然和历史因素外,自身的主要因素还在于:一方面治河不当,导致了许多人为的河患。另一方面在经略西北时,对西北植被破坏严重,且战火绵延,造成环境恶化;加之辽、西夏等民族政权各自破坏性利用与相互战争,致使黄河水患加剧,为害甚巨,且殃及后世。同时,北宋为防黄、治黄所付出代价也为此前任何朝代所不能比及。因此,针对北宋河患之频繁与治河之艰辛,既要吸取教训,又要总结经验:还应充分肯定其为我国黄河水利发展史的一个重要时期,做出的成就不容忽视,先进的治河方法与工程技术更值得称道。更多还原

【Abstract】 From early Song Dynasty then on, the second calm period of Yellow River had been ended. In the reaches of Yellow River had Floods’ disaster that ang dynasties before had never encountered. There were a lot of factors that resulted in Yellow River’s disasters including historical and natural ones, but the social factors were mainly responsible for the disasters: firstly the river was not controlled carefully secondly, plants in northwest region of china were badly damaged during development and wars among Song, Liao and Xixia. Floods that were heavier than before did a lot of harm to people and their descendant. At the same time, the governor of Northern Song Dynasty paid a heavy price for floods. Considering historical lessons, experience should be absorbed, and the achievement advanced meathods of Yellow Rever’s controlling and enineering technology should be paid move attention to and praised highly, after all, Northern Song Dynasty was an important historical period of Yellow River’s controlling.更多还原
