单元串联中压大功率变频器的研究与设计

【摘要】 近年来随着电气传动技术的发展,大功率中压变频器已成为交流调速研究的热点之一。采用中压变频器实现中压电机的无级调速,可以有效地节约能源,提高产品的产量和质量,大幅降低生产成本,其市场潜力巨大,应用前景广阔。 本文从现有的中压变频器主回路拓扑入手,对6kV/400kW等级的单元串联型中压大功率变频器进行了详细的分析和阐述。 首先在理论上分析了单元串联载波移相式PWM调制的机理,使用基于MATLAB6.5的Simulink软件进行建模与仿真研究。并在仿真结果的基础之上将一种高性能的V/f控制方案引入了中压变频系统。通过矢量补偿定子压降、转差补偿及对电机电流的限制控制,实现了具有良好低频性能和防“跳闸”等功能的V/f控制方案。 同时,本文将Siemens公司通用变频器的时隙、连接子的概念运用到中压变频器领域,增加了系统的可变性,自由性和方便性,针对实际应用要求设计具有系统组态功能的模块化软件。本论文着重对控制软件的几个重要功能进行了分析讨论,这些重要功能模块有:控制字和状态字、顺序控制、V/f曲线、瞬时停电再启动、通讯功能和工艺调节器等。另外,本文还提出了一种基于电压补偿的输出自动稳压算法。 中压变频器在实验室设计模型为一台6kV/22kW装置,实际设计为6kV/400kW的变频装置。本文还给出了实验室调试结果及分析数据,由实验结果表明,该中压变频器能够安全、稳定地运行。同时装置输入、输出谐波分量很低,抗干扰能力达到4级抗干扰等级。

【Abstract】 With the development of electrical drive technology recently, Mid-voltage & High power inverter has already become one of research focus in AC drives. It not only could enhance the turnout and quality of products, but also could economize large numbers of power energy and reduce production cost if Mid-voltage motor could change their velocity smoothly using Mid-voltage inverter. It has huge market potential and widely application in the future .Based on the actual common use main loop topology of the middle voltage frequency converter system, this elaborated and analyzed 6kV/400kW cell series middle voltage inverter system.In the first place, The thesis analyzed the mechanism of cell series carrier wave phase shift style PWM modulation technology in theory, then analysed and designed in simulation used of Simulink based on MATLAB6.5. Afterwards, made one kind of high performance V/f s control schemes to the middle voltage inverter system. By means of Compensating the descent of stator voltage using vector control, compensating the discrepancy of rotate speed and place restrictions on the maximum current of motor, Achieving to a excellent V/f control scheme with good characteristic of low frequency performance and against-fault functions.At the same time , in this paper , same good idea of Siemens corporation , such as time slot, joint were used in middle voltage converter . Which improved the variability , Freeness and convenient quality of the system . Meanwhile we have Designed some modularization software with systematic configuration capacity , and one instance out of many , some such as control word and status word , sequential control, V/f curve, restart while Instantaneous power failure, communication function and the technology conditioner. Besides, a automatic maintaining output voltage algorithm was proposed based on power compensation of networkvoltage.
