内转子式片状无轴承永磁电机的研究

【摘要】 本文研究了一种新型的无轴承电机。理论研究表明这种结构的无轴承电机的磁悬浮径向力和电机的转矩是相互解耦的,又因为它是片状永磁转子结构,只须控制转子的两个径向自由度和旋转自由度,其他三个自由度是被动稳定的。这种电机由于控制机理简单、功耗小、无摩擦等独特的优点,在航空航天、旋转高速机械、能源生命科学等领域具有广阔的应用前景。 本文分析了内转子式片状无轴承永磁电机的基本结构和工作原理,给出了此电机径向悬浮力的数学模型,深入研究了电机的机械结构和绕组的绕制及其各结构参数的选定。针对内转子式片状无轴承永磁电机系统要求功率放大器是双向电流型的,输出电流既要 I>0 且要 I<0,所以作者自主设计了两种双向功率放大器,一种是线性功放,一种是 PWM 开关功放。在此基础上设计完成了内转子式片状无轴承永磁电机系统的电控系统,并设计、加工、装配并调试了内转子式片状无轴承永磁电机试验台,最后进行了实验研究,实验结果表明:本文设计的内转子式片状无轴承永磁电机系统性能良好,能稳定地悬浮。

【Abstract】 A new type of bearingless disk PM motor is proposed. The theoretical analysis shows the decouple of rotation and levitation. The rotor is actively controlled only in two radial directions and rotation while the other three motions are passively stable owing to the short-span structure.Thanks to the main advantages of simple control mechanism, low power consumption and no friction, the motor can be used in such fields as avitation and space flight, high speed rotary machines, energy engineering, life sciencess and so on. The principle and basic structure of the inner rotor type disk bearingless PM motor is analysed and mathematical model for the radial force is worked out. Also, the mechanical structure, the winding of the motor and the parameter is designed. For the control of the motor, two kinds of power amplifier which can provides bidirectional current is designed, the linear and PWM switch power amplifier. The control system and the motor is fabricated with which the experiment is carried out. Experimental results show the stable levitation of the rotor with high speed from the good performance of the motor system can be seen.
