工程图纸智能化生成技术的研究与实现

【摘要】 工程图是工程人员在产品设计、生产中表达和交流设计思想的一种重要工具。但目前的国内外商品化 CAD 软件在二维工程图的出图方面存在以下问题:二维工程图的出图效率十分低下,几乎占产品建模周期的 50%,甚至更多;难以满足本地化、标准化的要求;标题栏、明细栏以及尺寸标注等的处理繁琐,智能化程度低,这些都严重制约了设计效率。针对以上问题,围绕型号工程的要求,在以下方面进行了研究:采用模板技术,制作符合型号工程要求的标准图框,并实现了图框的自动导入和编辑;建立产品信息模型,将产品的几何信息和非几何信息有机集成在一起,通过提取特征信息实现图框中标题栏内容的自动填写与明细栏的自动生成;采用基于形状特征的方法建立三维尺寸模型,调整后分配、布置到各视图上,实现零件尺寸的自动标注。结合型号工程专用机床夹具 CAD 系统的开发,在 UG 平台上开发了工程图智能生成模块,该模块集成于成飞型号工程专用机床夹具 CAD系统中,在企业应用,取得了良好的效果。

【Abstract】 2D drawing is one of the important communication tools for engineers duringproduct designing and manufacturing. But there have several questions by using theactual commercial CAD systems in drawing processing: firstly, the efficiency ofdrawing is very low, and it almost occupy 50 percent of product modeling life;secondly, it is difficult to satisfy local and normal requirement; the processing ofheading, part-list and dimensioning is not convenient. And all these disadvantageslead to low efficiency of designing. According to above questions, following investigations have been done in thispaper by requirements of model project: Importing and editing the drawing’s framewhich measure up to corporation’s standards based on template technology;geometry information and non-geometry information are integrated with theestablishing of part information model, and title bar and part list can be createdautomatically by extracting feature information; a dimension model based on formfeature is advanced, part dimensions can be built after adjusting and distributing theinitial dimension model; and all of these improved the efficiency of drawingprocessing. Integrated with the of computer aided clamp design system, the moduleof intelligent processing drawing is implemented on UG. The module of intelligentprocessing drawing has been integrated in computer aided clamp system for CAMC(ChengDu Aircraft Manufacturing Corporation), and has got favorable effect.
