汽车减振器噪声机理研究

【摘要】 汽车减振器噪声是减振器内部质量的一个外在反映,是影响汽车整车声学舒适性的一个重要因素,因此,对减振器噪声机理的研究能为提高减振器产品质量指明技术途径,同时也能为降低悬架减振器噪声提供理论依据。 本文从三个方面对减振器噪声机理进行了研究。其一,研究了几种典型的减振器单体噪声:空程冲击性噪声、低温噪声、摩擦撞击噪声和节流噪声。通过对在试验台上取得的外特性试验示功图、摩擦力试验数据、减振器内部结构和减振器油液特性等的分析,分别得出了这几种典型减振器单体噪声的产生机理,并分析了影响减振器噪声的诸多因素。 其二,以Santana后悬架减振器噪声为研究对象,对悬架减振器噪声进行了研究。文中对汇众公司和上海交通大学联合作出的Santana后悬架噪声研究报告进行了分析,主要分析了减振器连杆和缸筒振动成分与减振器噪声之间的关系,得出该噪声发生在减振器的压缩行程结束、复原行程开始的位置,是由连杆的振动引起的。导致连杆振动的主要原因是减振器外特性的非线性特征,在压缩行程结束、复原行程开始位置减振器阻尼力出现了“突越”。同时,分析了车轮共振型振动和低温环境等因素对悬架系统中减振器噪声的影响。 最后,本文建立了被动悬架系统的非线性动力学模型和减振器参数化非线性动力学模型。论文对被动悬架系统的非线性动力学模型进行了仿真分析,比较了仿真结果和试验数据,验证了第3章中对试验数据分析结论的正确性。同时,论文以029A型减振器为研究对象,在减振器参数化非线性动力学模型的基础上,分析了减振器阀门结构对减振器性能的影响,并提出了一些试探性的改进。
【Abstract】 Content: The noise of automotive shock absorber is the outer reflection of its’ interior quality, it is also one of factors to effect automobile acoustics comfort. Therefore, the research on noise of automotive shock absorber is a good technical approach to promote the product quality, at the same time it can offer the theoretical basis to depress noise of shock absorber.The paper researches the mechanism of shock absorber’s noise from three aspects. In the first place, the paper studies several typical damper’s abnormal noises: the out performance distortion noise, low temperature noise, friction and strike noise and liquid throttling noise. The paper analyses the outer performance F~S curse, which is get from shock absorber test-bench, testing data on friction, shock absorber interior structure and the performance of shock absorber oil, through which paper concludes in the mechanisms of these typical damper’s noises and several aspects to effect the damper’s noise.In the second place, according to the research and testing data of Santana 2000’s suspension system, the paper studies the noise of shock absorber occurring in the suspension system. Through analyzing the report on the suspension system’s noise of Santana, the paper studies the relationship between vibration of shock absorber’s connecting-rod and cylinder and noise of shock absorber, which testified that the noise of shock absorber is derived from vibration of shock absorber’s connecting-rod. When the shock absorber’s connecting-rod moves to the position, in which the compression cycle is just over and the rebound cycle is going to start, the connecting-rod would vibrate because of a sudden alteration of the shock absorber damping power. Meanwhile, the paper analyses the influence of vibration occurring in wheel sympathetic vibration and low temperature condition to noise.At last, the paper establishes the nonlinear dynamics model of suspension system and the parameter nonlinear dynamics model of a sort of shock absorber. The paper develops the simulation of the nonlinear dynamics model of suspension system, and the results of the simulation match well with those testing data. At the same time, the paper also researches the influence of valve parameters to performance and noise of shock absorber.
