【摘要】 从20世纪90年代以来,“竞争力”或者“国际竞争力”成为一个非常热门的话题。几乎人人都在说“竞争力”,人人都可以对“竞争力”发议论,说道理,作判断。问题是,如果把“竞争力”作为一个科学研究的课题,或者,如果要求在较严格的科学意义上讨论竞争力现象,那么,在有关科学发展目前所能达到的水平上,运用科学研究所能使用的研究方法和分析工具,我们对“竞争力”的解释和分析究竟能获得怎样的研究成果?到底怎样才能科学的评价“竞争力”的水平?零部件工业是发展汽车工业的基础,没有强大的汽车零部件工业就不可能有强大的汽车工业,汽车工业将会成为我国的支柱行业之一。当前,我国汽车零部件产业的竞争力与发达国家相比还存在着较大的差距,然而我国经济理论界在汽车零部件产业竞争力评价方面的研究却还几乎空白。有鉴于此,本文在国内外有关竞争力评价研究成果的基础上尝试着对产业竞争力评价问题作进一步的探索,旨在分析影响汽车零部件产业竞争力各种因素的因果关系,以期初步建立起我国汽车零部件产业国际竞争力及国内汽车零部件企业竞争力的评价体系,以便于考察我国汽车产业国际竞争力所处的状况及我国汽车零部件企业的竞争力水平,认清其不足。 本文全文分为六章。第一章主要论述了论文选题的目的和意义,并引述了国内外相关研究现状,在此基础上简要概述论文的主要内容和研究方法。第二章是论文的理论基础。在本章详细描述了竞争力的含义和层次,产业竞争力的内涵及研究对象的界定,同时对竞争力的评价机制及评价原则进行了描述。第三章分析了竞争力评价的指标体系及数学模型,构建了竞争力评价的指标体系和DEA综合评价模型。第四章是本文的重点,基于以上的模型,首先,本文对中国汽车零部件的国际产业竞争力进行了定性比较,其次,按我国汽车零部件企业的规模和所在区域,分别建立了DEA评价模型,进行了定量的比较,总体来说,我国的汽车零部件产业竞争力与欧美等国相比还有很大的差距,特大及大型企业的竞争力要强于中小型企业,具有汽车工业的地区,其零部件产业的竞争力也要强于其他地区。第五章对提高我国汽车零部件产业的竞争力给出了几点建议。第六章对全文进行了总结,并指出了未来研究的展望。 产业竞争力作为一个政府、产业和企业都非常关注的热点问题,还有许多方面需要进行深入的研究和探讨,由于能力和精力有限,本文还存在很多缺陷,敬请各位专家学者批评指正,以便能作进一步的研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since 1990s, "competitiveness" or "international competitiveness" has become a very hot topic. Nearly everybody is talking about "the competitiveness", everybody can speak to "competitiveness", say the reason and judge. But the question is, if we regard "competitiveness" as a subject of scientific research, or, if we require and discuss the competitiveness phenomenon in stricter scientific meaning, then, on the level at present of relevant scientific development, using research approach and analysis tool which the scientific research institute can use, what kind of research results can be obtained on earth with our explanation to "competitiveness" and analyzing? How to appraisal the level of "competitiveness" on earth? The industry of the spare part is a foundation of developing the auto industry, no strong automobile spare part industry, no strong auto industry; the auto industry will become one of the pillar trades of our country. At present, compared with developed country, there is greater disparity exists yet in the competitiveness of the spare part industry of automobile of our country, but in economic theory circle of our country, it is nearly blank in appraise research of spare part industry competitiveness. So this paper tries to explored to the problem of appraising industry competitiveness on the base of the research results of domestic and abroad, set up industry’s international competitiveness appraisal system of automobile spare part of our country and the enterprise’s with the initial step, and investigate the competitiveness levels of automobile spare part of our country and the enterprise’s, it is insufficient to see clearly it.The paper is divided into six chapters. Chapter one described the purpose and meaning of the thesis, and quoted the current situation of domestic and international relevant research, summed up the main content of the thesis and research approach briefly on this basis. Chapter two is the theoretical foundation of the thesis. This chapter has described meaning and level of the competitiveness, the definition of the intension of industry competitiveness and object of research in detail in this chapter, has described the mechanism and the principle of appraising competitiveness at the same time. Chapter three analyses the index system and mathematics model of appraising competitiveness, set up the index system and DEA comprehensive appraisal model. Chapter four carry on international and domestic comparison to of our country automobile spare part industry competitiveness through DEA comprehensive appraisal model. Chapter five provides some suggestions how to improve the competitiveness of automobile spare part industry of our country. Chapter six summarizes full paper; point out the prospect of studying in the future.As a hot question, industry’s competitiveness has a lot of respects need to carry on deep research and discussion , because the ability and energy are limited, this paper still has a lot of defects , please offer the experts and scholars make a comment, in order to do further research.更多还原
