基于B/S结构的办公自动化系统研究和开发

【摘要】 办公自动化(OA,Office Automation),是70年代中期发达国家为解决办公业务量急剧增加对企业生产率产生巨大影响问题的背景下,发展起来的一门综合性技术。它的基本任务是利用先进的科学技术,使人们借助各种设备解决对一部分办公业务的处理,达到提高生产率、工作效率和质量,方便管理和决策的目的。 本文研究了办公自动化系统的产生和发展,分析我国OA系统的现状及其发展趋势。对OA系统开发过程中不同开发平台的优缺点进行了分析,指出两种平台各有长短,应该结合企业的实际需求进行选择。论文还对办公自动化系统软件体系结构进行了研究。重点研究了客户机/服务器模式和浏览器/服务器模式。阐述了这两种体系结构的特点及优点,并对两者的优缺点进行了比较。 论文详细讲述了OA系统的设计,提出了OA系统的设计原则,并分析了中小型企业办公自动化系统的需求分析,论述了系统建成以后拟实现的功能,总的来说是为中小型企业提供一套高效的办公解决方案,构建现代化的信息平台。论述了系统的体系结构设计方案,即:采用Browser/Server(浏览器/服务器)结构,最终用户界面统一为浏览器,应用系统全部在服务器端,是标准的三层结构体系,技术标准完全采用国际互联网的标准。然后对系统的各个子系统的功能模块设计进行了详细的说明。其中主要介绍了五个大的模块的设计方案:公文管理子系统、文档管理子系统、领导日程安排子系统、个人办公管理子系统、系统管理子系统。论述了每个模块的详细设计方法和流程图。论文还讲述了系统的软硬件配置,用户界面设计,系统的安全设计几个方面的内容。最后,总结了当前的工作,并对办公自动化系统的发展进行了展望。 论文以中小型企业办公自动化系统的开发为背景,对基于B/S结构的办公自动化系统开发中所需要解决的开发方法、Web实现和安全性障碍等问题所进行的研究工作具有一定的现实意义。
【Abstract】 Office Automation is a comprehensive technology developed in order to solve handling official business under the background that portfolio increased problem of exerting an enormous influence on enterprise’s productivity sharply of middle period of the seventies in the developed country. The basic task of it is to make people to handle official business through various kinds of equipment by advanced science and technology in order to reach boosting productivity, work efficiency and quality.This text studies the production and development of Office Automation system. It has analyzed the current situations and development trends of the Office Automation system of our country. It has analyzed the advantage and shortcoming of different developing platforms in the course of developing of Office Automation system, pointed out that there is different in two kinds of platforms, people should choose according to the demand of enterprises. The paper has also carried on research to the systems soft ware system structure of Office Automation. Focus on the research of Client / Server mode and Browser / Server mode. It has explained the characteristics and advantages of these two kinds of system structure and has compared these two.The thesis has told the design of Office Automated system in detail. It has proposed the design principle of Office Automation system. It has analyzed the demand analysis of Office Automation system of small and medium enterprise. Also it has expounded the fact system plan function that realizes after building up. Generally speaking, it is to offer a set of high-efficient official working solutions for small and medium enterprise, so as to structure the modernized information platform. It has described the systematic design plan of system structure, namely: adopting the Browser /Server mode; it is a browser that end user’s interface is unified; application systems are all in the end of the server; it is three layers of standard structure system; the technical standard totallyadopts the standard of Internet. Then it explains the design detail to the function module of each subsystem of the system. Among them it has introduced five design plans of big module mainly: manage the subsystem in official document; file management subsystem; lead the schedule subsystem; personal office administration subsystem; system management subsystem. It has described the detailed design method of each module and flow chart. The thesis has also told the soft hardware disposition of the system, the design of user’s interface, the contents of systematic several respects of security design. Finally, it has summarized the present work, and looked forward to the development of Office Automation system.The thesis regards the development of Office Automation system of small and medium enterprise as the background. It has certain realistic meanings on development approach to be solved while developing Office Automation system based on B/S structure. Also it has certain realistic meanings on such research work that the problem carries on as Web realizing and security obstacle, etc.
