郭维琴教授治疗慢性心力衰竭经验及心衰合剂临床疗效观察

【摘要】 心脑血管疾病是危害人类健康的常见疾病。目前,我国每年约有 300 万人口死于心血管病,已成为我国人群的主要死亡原因之一。因此,心力衰竭的治疗成为医学研究的焦点之一。本课题在中医理论指导下,对郭维琴教授治疗心力衰竭的经验进行了系统整理。希望通过该研究,把握本病发展的基本规律,深入探讨本病病因病机,并对“心衰合剂”的疗效进行评价,为临床治疗提供指导。 论文主要包括文献综述、经验介绍和临床研究三个部分。 文献综述部分探讨了中医学对心力衰竭的概念、病因病机、辨证论治、分型的认识,并回顾了近年来在辨证用药、中药新剂型等方面的进展。并对目前研究做了简单评述与展望。 经验介绍部分探讨了郭维琴教授治疗心力衰竭方面的经验。主要从病名、病因病机、主要证候、辨证治疗等方面进行了系统的总结、归纳和整理。 临床研究部分采用随机对照的方法,治疗心力衰竭患者 60 例。并分为两组。治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上加用“心衰合剂”,治疗患者 30 例。对照组 30 例,仅以西医常规治疗,不加用中医中药。结果表明:①心衰合剂对患者心功能改善有明显作用;②心衰合剂具有明显改善心力衰竭患者中医症状的作用。 通过以上临床研究表明,郭维琴教授的“心衰合剂”是临床上治疗心力衰竭的一个安全、疗效确切的中药制剂,值得进一步深入研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 The heart disease and stroke are the frequently disease harming the mankind healthiness. At the present time, there are 300 million people die for the heart failure in our country. And the heart disease is the main cause of the death. Therefore, how to prevent and the cure of heart failure is also the focus of the medical research. This study was under the guidance of traditional Chinese medical theory, to explore the characteristics of traditional Chinese medical(TCM) syndrome. We clear up the experience theory of Professor Guo weiqin about heart failure. Through the study, we hope to hold the basic rules of heart failure, to discuss the causes and pathogenesis of heart failure, and judge of the curative effect of the “Heart Failure Medicament”, then to guide our clinical therapy. The thesis including three parts:document review ,experience introduction and clinical research. Document review: in this part, opinions of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in the etiology, pathogenesis differentiation, epidemiology and therapy of heart failure were discussed, including prescription according to disease, the development of new traditional Chinese medicament. At the last part of the review, we remarked modern study and discussed its outlook. Experience introduction: we discuss the experience of Professor Guo weiqin about the therapy of the heart failure. We summarize the designation, etiology, pathogenesis differentiation and therapy of heart failure. Clinical research: we cure 60 patients of heat failure,and divide to two teams with random and compared ways. Treatment team(30 patients) use the “Heart Failure Medicament” and the common therapy. Compared team(30 patients) only use the common therapy. Result : ⒈“Heart Failure Medicament” has affirmative effect in the elevation of heart function. ⒉“Heart Failure Medicament” has clear effect in symptom of traditional Chinese medicine. In summary, it is concluded that “Heart Failure Medicament” is effective and safe for the patients with heart failure. Furthermore, it is worthy to be studied deeply.更多还原
