空气湿度对热膜式空气流量计计量误差的影响

【摘要】 本文在较全面阐述电喷发动机工作原理及电喷发动机现代检测解码器技术的基础上,重点对电喷发动机的重要传感器之一,空气流量计进行了研究和讨论。发动机电子控制燃油喷射系统的关键技术,是对发动机的进气量的精确计量,以求得到客观准确的燃油喷射量的控制,从而获得最佳的动力性和经济性。目前广泛应用的流量感应式空气流量计中,以热线式及热膜式的综合性能及生产工艺比较优越,具有更加广泛的应用前景。 但是,存在的关键问题是热线式及热膜式空气流量计在测试原理上,受湿度的影响不能忽视。本论文从理论上和实验上均探讨了热线热膜式空气流量计受湿度影响的误差和规律,为该流量计的改进提供了相应的依据。 论文通过大量实验,采用桑塔纳2000的AJR发动机作为测试对象,以电喷发动机故障解码器PC98为工具,分别测试了不同湿度条件下的空载喷油持续时间(喷油当量),通过数学回归得出了预测公式。并在此基础上,采用99%的可信度对不同气候条件地区做了发动机运行预测,将预测结果与标准工况下的数值进行了对比,给出了可供参考的误差值。从而进一步提出了热线式及热膜式空气流量计应增加湿度传感器及相应校正处理模块的设想和建议,并给出了预测的经济效益。

【Abstract】 This thesis based on sufficient discussion of the working principle of electronic fuel engine and the technology of engine diagnostic instrument, mainly discussed the air flux gauge, one of the most important sensor of the engine. The key of the electronic control fuel injection engine is to accurately calculate the intake air quantity, in order to control the fuel injection quantity impersonally and exactly, at the same time get the best performance in dynamics and economics. At present, among the air flux gauges which have been used widely, the mode of hot-film or hot-wire positioned the wide future in applications.Still, there is a problem that the result of the test with the hot-film or hot-wire air mass flow meter is changeable with the air humidity and this problem is obviously can not be ignored. This thesis studied the differences and its regulations, which support the improvement and provide the betterment foundation.This thesis based on a series of experiments which use AJR engine of Santana car as test mode and use engine diagnostic instrument PC98 as tools, under different humidity measured the fuel injection persistence, and after doing math regression with the test data a regulation was found, that is the regression formula.After that, based on the regression formula in different regions which have the different climate, some engine running prognosticate have been done, and some fuel consume contrast between normal condition and various climate conditions ware presented, which provide some data can be use as reference. Besides, to the hot-film or hot-wire air mass flow sensor some useful suggestion have been bring forward, which is include of the humidity sensor should be added and the new control module to the humidity should be build up in order to improve the electronic fuel injection system.
