基于模糊自适应PID控制策略的PCC水轮机调速器

【摘要】 针对水轮机调节系统的时变性以及非线性,本论文提出了一种模糊自适应PID控制策略,即根据偏差以及偏差的变化率通过模糊推理在线调整PID参数。本控制策略的关键在于模糊推理系统的实现。模糊推理系统的设计,特别是控制规则库的设计,往往采用不断尝试的方法,耗费大量时间,因此本文提出了一种利用粒子群优化算法自动生成控制规则库的方法。在此基础上,本文将模糊自适应PID控制策略应用于水轮机调速器并进行了在不同工况点频率扰动下的仿真研究。研究表明,与常规的固定PID参数的控制算法相比,模糊自适应PID控制的控制效果更好,并且具有较强的鲁棒性,证明这种新的控制策略是有效的。 此外,本文还对模糊自适应PID控制策略在PCC上的可实现性以及实现方式进行了分析。
【Abstract】 Regarding the time-variable and non-linear characteristics of hydraulic turbine governing system, this article proposes a fuzzy adaptive PID control strategy. The PID parameters of hydraulic turbine governor are tuned on-line using a fuzzy inference system based on error and its derivative. The key of this control strategy is the implementation of fuzzy inference system. Design of fuzzy inference system, especially fuzzy rule base, was mainly dependent upon the method of trial and error, which is very time-consuming. So this article proposes a new automatic rule generation method using the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm. In the following simulation, this new control strategy is applied to the hydraulic turbine governor subject to small frequency disturbance at different work points. The superior performance and robustness of this control strategy in comparison to the conventional fixed parameter PID controller proves its efficacy.In addition, this article analyzes the feasibility and way of applying the fuzzy adaptive PID control strategy on PCC platform.
