网络机房故障与维修分析

【摘要】 网络机房是各校近几年重点投入建设的教育装备之一,在网络机房的一生管理中,故障是计算机系统设备在寿命周期过程中必然要发生的现象,维修是必不可少的又一个管理环节。教育装备管理走入科学化、规范化的轨道,既能保障教育装备的良性、健康发展,同时也可保障教育活动得以高效、顺利的进行 网络机房故障与维修分析是借助于故障理论和维修理论进行的一项实验。从目前来看,学校网络机房的管理中管理者更多关注的是技术上的维护和保障工作,缺乏维修理念、缺乏对故障信息、维修信息的系统分析、缺乏对维修的效-费分析以及有效度的分析……因此,网络机房的维修工作存在着盲目性,缺乏计划性和目标性。所以应加强网络机房的科学化管理,加强对机房故障信息的统计分析,预防并减少故障,改善网络机房设备的技术状态;加强可靠性为主的维修理念,提高机房维修的有效度,确保机器本身的正常运转,延长使用寿命,更保障教学的顺利进行。通过对网络机房故障信息和维修信息的记录分析,得出对机房故障、维修方面有实效性的管理措施和对策。 论文通过有计划、有目的地对网络机房中各种故障信息和维修信息进行跟踪记录,采用统计法,对数据进行统计分析;采用比较法,对不同数据记录进行比较,归因分析;采用内容分析法,将统计结果依据理论进行相关分析。从可靠性理论出发,运用故障统计分析,定性与定量地分析故障过程特点和规律性,查明故障发生的原因和机理,采取预防对策,防止故障的重复出现。论文中提出了网络机房管理中应有目的、有计划地对计算机经常发生故障的部件进行监测和预防性维修的问题。提出应注重机房管理中对学生的基本操作意识和良好使用道德的培养。就故障方面还提出了必要的部件监测预防对策和改进措施。针对网络机房的维修问题提出了相应的维修保障方案:首先应建立完整的维修保障管理制度;其次应该提高及时维修率;最后应提高从业人员的专业化水平。维修保障方案的制定,保证了网络机房在使用过程中得到及时、机动、可靠而且经济的维修保障。 以上关于网络机房故障与维修方面的分析研究,对于学校教育装备的科学化、系统化管理是一个有意义的尝试。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years network computer room is one of the educational materials put into emphatic construction in each school. In management through network computer room’s lifetime, failure is a phenomenon that computer system equipments take place by all means through life-span period, maintenance is another essential mangement link. The management of the edutional materials goes into scientific, standardized orbit,which can guarantee positive and healthy development of the edutional equipments ,also can guarantee the effectient and smooth proceeding of educational activities.Network computer room’s failure and maintenance analysis is an experiment which recurs to failure theory and maintenance theory. Through analyzing the failure information and maintenance information records in network computer room, real effective management measure and countermeasure in failure and maintenance aspects in computer room can be get.By tracing every kind of failure and maintenance and recording corresponding information in network computer room with plan and destination , the paper adopts the statistics method to statistically analyze the data, and comparison method to proceed comparison, attribution analysis to different data records, and content analysis method to carry through relative analysis to statistic results accroding theory.And the paper set out from reliability theory,make use of failure statistical analysis to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the failure process characteristics and regulations,find out the reason and mechanism of failure occurrence,take preventive countermeasure and pervent repetition of failuer occurrence. It is put forward in the paper that in management of network computer room the computer parts that frequently taking place breakdown should be monitored and preventively maintained with aim and plan, and educating the student’s basic operation consciousness and good usage morals should be emphasized. Also,the essential part monitoring and preventive countermeasure and improved measure in failure aspect is put forward. Aiming at themaintenance problem in network computer room,the paper put forward corresponding maintenance guarantee project: First, complete maintenance guarantee management system should be established; second, timely maintenance rate should be increased; Finally, specialization level of the employee should be improved.The establishing of maintenance guarantee project guarantee the timely,mobile, reliable and economical maintenance guarantee in the use of network computer room.The above concerning failure and maintenance analyzing studies in network computer room is a meaningful trial for scientific and systemic management of school edcutional equipment.更多还原
