【摘要】 随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的建立和不断完善,工业化进程的不断加快,我国工业经济发展正迈入一个新的增长阶段,加快工业结构调整和产业升级已成为今后我国经济持续增长的关键。吉林省作为我国东北老工业基地之一,同样面临着工业化发展进程加快的挑战。在新的发展时期,如何解决吉林省在传统计划经济体制下积累的矛盾,充分发挥吉林省工业经济增长的潜在优势,提高吉林省工业的竞争能力,推动工业经济结构调整已成为全省人民关注的焦点。吉林省工业经过多年的发展已经形成了一个比较完善的工业经济体系,工业结构的变化总体上符合产业结构演化的趋势,工业经济发展正处于加速阶段,在振兴东北老工业基地的有利环境下,推进吉林省老工业基地的工业结构调整对于促进吉林省国民经济持续、稳定、协调发展和全面建设小康社会具有重要意义。本文分为引言和四个部分。引言中主要介绍了吉林省工业经济发展对于振兴东北老工业基地的重要意义和选题的意义。第一部分为工业结构调整的相关理论研究和国际上其他国家工业结构调整的成功经验借鉴及对吉林省工业结构调整的启示。第二部分对吉林省工业化发展进程进行了详细的研究,得出吉林省工业化发展正处于工业化发展初期向中期转变的加速阶段的结论,同时分析了吉林省工业结构发展变化的趋势。第三部分详细地分析了吉林省工业经济发展的潜在优势和制约因素。第四部分针对吉林省工业结构调整问题提出了目标设想和对策建议。希望通过本篇论文能对振兴吉林省老工业基地和推动吉林省工业经济的快速发展提供一些有益的建议和参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with our country the establishment of the socialism market economysystem and continuously perfect, industrialize the progress continuously speed, ourcountry industry economy development just exceed into a new growth to expect,speed the industry structure to adjust to have become with industrial upgradingaftertime our country economy keep on the key of the growth. The province of Jilindoes one of the old industry bases of our country northeast, facing the challenge thatthe industrialization development progress speed equally. period in the newdevelopment, how solve the province of Jilin under the traditional planned economysystem backlog of antinomy, full develop the latent advantage of the economic growthof province industry of Jilin, the exaltation competition ability of the province of Jilinindustry, push the economic structure of industry the adjustment has become thewhole province the focus that people concern. The province industry economy of Jilin has already become a more perfectindustry economic system through many development of the year, the industryeconomy structure of variety is total to match the trend that industrial structure evolveup, the industry economy development just be placed in the boost phase, at developthe beneficial environment of the old industry base of northeast under, push forwardthe province of Jilin industry structure of the old industry base adjust for promoteprovince national economy of Jilin keep on, stabilize and moderate development andoverall construction the middle-class family society have the important meaning. This paper is divided into preface and four parts. Mainly introduced theprovince industry economy development of Jilin in the preface for develop theimportant meaning of the old industry base of northeast and choose the meaning of.The first part studies for the related theories that the economic structure of industryadjust and international last the economic structure of other national industries adjuststhe successful experience to draw lessons from and to the province industry of Jilinapocalypse of the economic structure adjustment. The second part develops theprogress to carry on the detailed research to the province industrialization of Jilin,getting the province industrialization of a Jilin the development is being placed in theindustry in the early years toward the conclusion of the boost phase that middlechange, analyzed the economic structure of province industry of Jilin to develop thetrend of the variety at the same time. The third part analyzed the province industry ofJilin latent advantage and check and supervision factors of the economic developmentin detail.
