规则结构多孔炭的模板法制备与性能研究

【摘要】 本文工作是以商品Y型沸石为模板,有机物糠醇和丙烯气体为碳源,经碳源在模板孔道的填充、聚合、炭化以及脱出模板处理后制备具有规则结构、高比表面积的多孔炭。工作中系统考察了制备工艺过程及参数对产品形成、结构和性能的影响,运用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、Raman光谱和X射线能谱等技术手段对产品的结构进行了表征,测试了产品炭的热稳定性、抗氧化性、电性能以及比表面积,并结合实验现象和各种表征手段所获得的信息对模板法制备规则结构高比表面积多孔炭的机理进行了初步的探讨。 主要结果如下: 1、以商品Y型沸石为模板,有机物糠醇和丙烯气体为碳源,采用模板炭化法可以制备用常规的化学活化法无法得到的具有规则孔结构的多孔炭材料,获得的产品结构有序、比表面积高、孔径分布单一、孔容大。 2、模板法制备具有规则结构多孔炭的过程包括将有机物碳源填充到模板纳米孔道内,有机物在无机模板材料的纳米空间内聚合、炭化以及去除模板三步。在整个制备过程中碳前驱体进入模板纳米孔道的方式、在纳米孔道内有机物的聚合、炭化条件以及有效的脱除模板的手段是制备过程的关键步骤,影响合成产品的结构和产率。 3、产品多孔炭具有良好孔结构性能以及良好的热稳定性、抗氧化性能和半导体材料特征。

【Abstract】 In this paper, we mainly focused on the preparation of ordered porous carbon materials via a template method with commercial Y zeolite as the template and furfuryl alcohol & propylene as carbon resources. The template method involves impregnation of carbon resource, carbonization of composite in the nano channels of the Y zeolite and removal of framework. Effects of the synthesis parameters on the form, structure and character of the product were studied. X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Raman spectroscopy and EDX were used to study the morphologies and structures of the product. Thermal stability, resistance oxidation, electric character and BET surface area were analysed. Based on the data obtained in these investigations, mechanisms of forming porous carbon are proposed and discussed to elucidate the formation process according to preparing conditions.It is found that, with a template method, ordered porous carbon with high surface areas can be produced with Y zeolite and furfuryl alcohol & propylene are separately used as template and carbon resources. Compared with those obtained product by routine chemical activated method, porous carbon obtained in our experiments have special structure and performance. The obtained porous carbons exhibit ordered structure, high surface areas, large pore volumes and monomodal pore size distribution.Synthesis of ordered porous carbon in this paper involves impregnation of organic carbon resources into the hole of Y zeolite, then carbonization of composite at appropriate temperatures and final removal of framework. It is found that impregnation of organic carbon resource, best polymerization temperature and the method of dissolving the template can influence the structure and the yield of product.And also we founded that the resulting porous carbons have good thermal stability, resistance oxidation and electric character.
