电能质量在线监测系统的研究

【摘要】 随着社会的发展,电能质量问题越来越受到社会的关注,而电能质量问题取决于发电方﹑供电方和用电方,关系到各方的利益,电能质量在线监测的网络化是一种必然趋势。本文给出了电能质量在线监测系统的设计实现方案,可使电力部门及时﹑详细﹑精确地掌握电力系统电网的电能质量状况,正确﹑合理地评估电网的电能质量水平。系统以计算机技术﹑虚拟仪器技术和网络通信技术为依托,组网采用调制解调器和以太网方式,将电网中的各 监测站点连成整体,实现了电能质量监测的网络化,保证了数据传输的实时性、可靠性。本系统由数据采集子系统、通信子系统、服务器子系统三部分构成。 本系统在完成开发和设计后,已实际应用于电力系统中电能质量的监测。
【Abstract】 With the development of society, power quality is paid more and more attention. Power quality depends on power stations, transmission departments, power supply departments and electricity users. Power quality also influences their interests. The on-line monitoring of power quality has become an inexorable trend. We offer a design plan of the on-line monitoring system of power quality in order that electric power departments can master power quality timely and accurately and assess the power quality of power grid properly. The system is based on computer technology, virtual instrument technology and net communication technology. Net communication is supported by Modem and Ethernet and by integrating monitoring stations in the power grid, achieves on-line monitoring system of power quality and guarantees real-time and reliable transmission of data. The system is composed of data monitoring sub-system, communication sub-system and server sub-system. The system has been tested and applied in the power industry to monitor power quality.
