固体火箭发动机协同设计环境研究

【摘要】 固体火箭发动机设计工具、设计方法等方面的发展给固发领域带来新的问题及新的挑战。如何改善各种设计工具、设计数据的使用效率及设计人员之间的协作关系,最终提高固发的设计水平是一个非常重要的问题。本文在当前固发设计特点的基础上,通过研究并行工程、协同设计环境技术、各种设计工具等,提出了一套建立固发协同设计环境的方案,并针对其中数据集成问题开展了较细致的研究。 提出了一种使用Pro/Intralink、Lotus Notes、STEP等工具建立固发协同设计环境的具体方案,可以将固发设计领域中应用比较广泛的专用软件(SrmCAD等)、通用软件(AutoCAD、ProE、UG等造型软件和Ansys、Marc、Fluent、Nastran等分析软件)集成起来。当开发工作完成后,会使整个设计团队有一套高效便捷的协同设计系统,为各项工作提供有力的支持。 讨论了将STEP标准应用于SrmCAD中的一些问题。在满足当前数据交换的需求下,我们可以重点考虑STEP的部分内容,并借助STEP工具开发一套数据接口,使SrmCAD的部分结构数据转换为STEP数据。 立足于SrmCAD的数据可被ProE共享,设计了基于ProE2001二次开发的三维内孔星形装药接口程序。该程序集成在ProE2001下,可以直接读取SrmCAD中生成的星型药柱文件,并自动生成三维药柱模型。程序效率较高,可以避免很多重复工作。

【Abstract】 The improvement in design tools and method for Solid Rocket Motor(SRM) brings new problems and challenges to the designers. How to improve the usage efficiency of the design tools and data and promote the cooperation among the designers is very important to enhance the design ability of SRM. In this thesis, a schema for building the cooperative design environment of SRM is proposed in which the integration of the designed data is discussed in detail.The schema, in which some general software(such as AutoCAD, ProE. UG, Ansys, Marc, Fluent, Nastran) and some specific software(such as SrmCAD) are integrated, consists of three main modules: Pro/Intralink, Lotus Notes, STEP. When the development of the schema is finished the design team will has more convenient design environment to work together.How to apply the standard of STEP to SrmCAD is discussed. To meet the present demand of designed data exchange, a data interface that can make parts of structural data of SrmCAD converted to the format of STEP can be developed by use of STEP tools with emphasized on parts of STEP content.An interface program which makes the data of 2-D star grain created by SrmCAD shared by ProE has been developed in this thesis. The program is integrated in ProE2001 and convenient to use, which can avoid lots of repeating work.
