基于模糊控制的智能充电器的设计与实现

【摘要】 模糊控制作为智能控制的一个重要分支,在工程实践中得到了越来越广泛的应用。本文结合模糊控制的基本理论,详细的论述了它在智能充电器中的应用。概论部分介绍了课题背景、智能化充电控制技术的发展和作者具体从事科研的内容;第一章介绍了模糊控制的基本理论,常用模糊控制器的设计与实现,智能充电基本理论和原理;第二章介绍了智能充电控制技术的软件设计与实现,包括智能充电器软件总体结构,充、放电模糊控制器软件设计,相关系统控制软件的设计,着重论述了充电模糊控制器的设计,包括输入量的选择、信号检测和模糊推理算法;第三章介绍了智能充电控制技术的硬件设计与实现,包括智能充电器的硬件结构、充电控制电路部分和数字化智能电池SMBus总线接口电路的实现;第四章介绍了调试过程中遇到的问题和处理方法,给出最后的输出控制波形。当前,模糊控制技术已在智能充电器中得到了成功的应用,取得了很好的控制效果。

【Abstract】 With the development of intelligent control, fuzzy control is applied much more widely in the engineering than before. This paper gives the specific application of fuzzy control in intelligent charger. At the beginning, a conspectus introduces the background of the research task, the development of control technology of intelligent charge and the work of author. At the first chapter, the paper introduces the essential theory of the fuzzy control, the design and realization of fuzzy logic processor in common use, the basal theory of intelligent charger. At the second chapter, the paper introduces the design and realization of software of intelligent charge-control, including the whole structure of intelligent charge-control software and the realization of fuzzy logic processor of charge and recharge. At this chapter the paper emphasize the design of fuzzy logic processor, including the choice of input, signal detection and the arithmetic of fuzzy logic. At the third chapter, the paper introduces the design and realization of the hardware of intelligent charge-control technology, including the structure of the intelligent charger, charge-control hardware and the SMBus interface circuit connected with digital intelligent buttery. At the fourth chapter, the paper introduces the problems and the methods of dispose in the process of debugging and describes the control wave. Now fuzzy control has been applied in intelligent charger successfully and has achieved very good control effect.
