数控布带缠绕机设备改造及控制系统研究

【摘要】 复合材料缠绕制备的零部件在现代飞行器中的应用愈来愈广泛。如固体火箭发动机壳体、火箭发动机喷管扩散段、人造卫星、航空雷达罩、各种飞行器所用的螺旋桨以及高压容器、管道等。由于现代技术的飞速发展,飞机、导弹、火箭的飞行速度越来越快,导弹和火箭发动机的推力越来越大。对于采用缠绕技术制成的诸如飞机雷达罩、导弹头锥、运载火箭的整流罩以及导弹和火箭发动机喷管等轻质高强度、耐高温、耐烧蚀、耐高速冲刷的零部件的性能要求也就越来越高。 对于一些特殊零部件缠绕技术,国外都是严密禁运封锁的,对于控制技术更是无法引进的。为了满足我国航天工业的飞速发展需求,解决新一代固体火箭发动机研制和满足高性能发动机喷管以及宇航飞行器绝热、耐烧蚀部件研制的需要。研制新型的、多轴、多功能、多物理参数控制的缠绕设备,以及改进完善布带缠绕机物理参数监测和控制软件已是当务之急。本课题的目的,正是为新型多功能布带缠绕机整体设备的研发做准备,围绕提高复合材料制品的质量,对影响制品质量的张力、压力、布带纠偏以及温度系统进行研究和进一步的完善。 首先,根据用户的需要分析了导致现有的数控布带缠绕机精度不高的原因,对张力、压力和温度控制系统提出有效的解决方案。其次,对张力的传动机构进行改造,减少外界对张力控制系统的干扰,奠定了高精度控制的基础。然后,对纠偏装置进行了设计,原布带纠偏由人手动完成,自动化程度底,改造后大大提高了自动化水平。接着,对张力、压力、温度、纠偏控制系统的控制方法进行针对性设计。并采用计算机自动辨识、仿真技术,验证了改造后的效果。为使用户更方便使用、标定,又对软件进行了改进。最后,对所设计的张力、温度、压力和纠偏控制系统进行的一系列试验,并对结果进行分析。

【Abstract】 Composite material winding the component of preparation in modern flight production application is more extensive, as solid rocket engine housing and rocket engine spray pipe the propeller that section, artificial satellite, aerial radar cover and various flights use as well as the vessel of high voltage and pipeline etc. Because of modern technology develop fast, the flight speed of airplane, missile and rocket is more and more rapid, the thrust of missile and rocket engine is bigger and bigger. For adopting winding, the technical rectification cover as well as missile and rocket engine spray pipe and other light quality such as airplane radar cover, missile first awl and carrier rocket that made are high-strength, high temperature resistant, endure ablation, endure the property requirement concerning winding component that eroded with high speed is also higher and higher.For some special components are winding technology abroad is tight embargo blockade, is to cannot introduce more for control technology. Satisfy the spaceflight industry of our country develop demand fast, solution new a acting solid rocket engine develops and satisfies high property engine spray pipe as well as aerospace flight wares heat insulation, endure ablation parts to develop needs. Develop new, much axle and multifunction, much physical parameter to control, winding equipment, as well as improve perfect tape winding machine physical parameter inspection and control software has been urgent matter. The purpose of research is preparation for the new multifunction digital control tape winding machine.At first, analysis the reasons of low precision of multifunction digital control tape winding machine accoding to users’ need, and put forward the effective solution one by one after analysing the tension, pressure and temperature control system respecttively. Secondly, carry on the transformation to the transmission of tension, reduce the interference to the control system of tension, have established the foundation of high accuracy control. Then, designe a rectifying deviation device, before this people rectified deviation manually, now this device has improved the automatic level greatly. Then, to tension, pressure, temperature, rectify a deviation control methods of the control system go on the pertinence design. Adopt computer distinguishing automatically, simulate tension control system, verifying the result after transforming. Software is improved to facilitate users to standard and use. Finally, a series of tests of rectify deviation, tension, temperature, and pressure are designed to validate the result.
