制造企业信息编码体系技术研究

【摘要】 近年来,制造企业信息系统之间的集成在理论、方法及技术研究上都日趋成熟,但在支撑系统集成和信息共享的具体应用实施技术、方法等方面的研究却相对薄弱。例如,现阶段信息标准规范技术已成为影响企业信息集成应用和实施的“瓶颈”。本文以制造企业所涉及的基础数据资源为研究对象,结合CAPP、PDM、ERP和SCM等信息系统集成的需求,对支撑系统集成的信息分类与编码技术进行研究,重点解决制造企业系统集成所需的信息表达标准化问题。 本文阐述了信息分类编码的系统理论,分析了系统集成对制造企业基础数据对象的需求,研究了信息编码系统的确立方法、设计依据和设计内容,构建了基于面向对象技术的柔性统一编码结构模型,确立了旧编码和新编码之间的转换模型,并对信息编码软件系统进行了功能和结构设计。主要研究成果如下: 1.通过对制造企业基础信息资源及信息系统集成关系的研究,确立了信息编码系统总体需求模型,明确了制造企业信息编码系统的研究对象。 2.构建了一种针对整个制造企业的、基于面向对象技术的、结构形式统一的、柔性的编码结构模型。此模型融合了现有的编码系统的优点,即:分级性、分层性、结构柔性和面向对象性,因此具有广泛的适应性。 3.确立了新旧编码之间的转换模型。 4.构架了针对西飞公司的信息编码系统(XAC-MICS)的软件结构模型并实现了系统的部分功能。
【Abstract】 In recent years, the theories, methods and techniques of integration of the manufacturing enterprise information system have been gradually maturing, but the research of technique and method at propping up the system to integrate and the information to share is still weak. For example, the standard technology of information has become the "bottleneck" of the enterprise information integration. In this thesis, information classification and coding technique is studied, emphasized in information expression standardization in the manufacturing enterprise system integration, combined the requirement of the CAPP, PDM, ERP and SCM system integration.This thesis presents the system theories of the information classification coding, analyzes the requirements of system integration to foundation data of the manufacturing enterprise, studies how to establish the information coding system, establishes a flexible coding structure model based on object-oriented technology, establishes the conversion model between old and new coding system, and designs the function and structure of the information coding system.Main research results are as follows:1. Through the research of information resource in the manufacturing enterpriseand system integration relation, the total requirement model of the system integration to the information resources is established, and the research object of the manufacturing enterprise information coding system is indicated in this thesis.2. A kind of coding structure is established, which is based on object-orientedtechnology, faces the whole manufacturing enterprise, uses a uniform structure form, and is a flexible coding structure model. This model combined the advantage of the existing coding system, including the ratings, layering, flexible structure, and object-oriented technology, so which is widely adaptive.3. The conversion model between old and new coding system is established.4. The software structure model of the information coding system (XAC-MICS) is Designed and the thesis realizes parts system functions.
