虞治卿经济活动研究

【摘要】 虞洽卿是“上海闻人”之一,而且也是有着重要影响的近代民族资产阶级的代表人物。他对当时的政治、经济、社会活动等多方面都产生过重要影响,他的言行举止在反映民族资产阶级典型特征的同时,又深深地打上了时代的烙印。虞洽卿之所以为后人所称道,从一定程度上来说在于他的经济活动方面。虞洽卿是当时著名的实业家,他在运输、金融、证券、商业、采矿业、医药等众多的领域都有广泛的投资,并有相当的影响。虞洽卿作为民族资产阶级的一员,面对灾难深重的祖国,他的言行在表现出较强的民族感情和历史责任感的同时,也表现出资本家不断追逐利润的一面。笔者在查阅大量的原始档案、当事人的回忆录及当时的报刊等相关资料以及参考前人的研究成果的基础上,选取虞洽卿创办或参与创办的几个有代表性的企业,进行重点考查,详细分析他与这些企业发展、壮大之间的关系,并对其在某一时期的经济活动进行梳理,尝试通过详细考证他一生中主要的经济活动,分析虞洽卿经济活动成败的原因和教训,力图对他的经济活动进行客观、公正、实事求是的评价,从而加深对民国人物史和经济史的研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Yu Qiaqing was one of the Shanghai celebrities. He was also one influentialrepresentative of the latter-day national capitalists. Yu had great influences on thepolitics, economy and social activities of his time; his demeanor mirrored the typicalfeatures of national capitalists and meantime was deeply branded by his time. To someextent, he fame was built on his economical activities: he was a famous entrepreneur,who invested widely in transport, finance, bonds, business, mining, medicine. As amember of the national capitalists, facing his mother land in deep waters, Yu’sbehavior embodied strong national feeling and historical responsibility, as well as thenever-satisfied pursuit of interest in trade.The author of this thesis investigated a large amount of original archives,collected memoirs of the parties and newspapers of Yu’s time and based on therelative study achievements, the author selected several businesses set up by Yuindividually or in co-operation with others and put them under close study. The thesisstudied in detail the relationship between Yu and the development of these businessesand combed the economic activities. The author attempts to make an objective, just,as a matter of fact evaluation on Yu’s economic activities by looking at hisinvolvement in economy and analyzing the causes to his success and failure inbusiness. Therefore, the study on People’s history and economy history in theRepublic period will be enhanced.更多还原
