【摘要】 文章选取上海市中心城区的历史街区为研究对象,根据上海实际情况,对上海市中心城区历史街区的旅游开发问题进行了实证研究。论文共分五章。第一章阐述了上海历史街区旅游开发研究的理论与现实意义,简述了研究所采用的方法与手段,并详细介绍了研究所应用的理论基础,简要概括了论文的总体思路与框架,指出了论文的主要的观点。第二章对国内外相关的研究进展进行了总结与分析,并给合上海都市旅游发展的现实情况,指出关于上海历史街区的旅游开发问题有待进一步的深入研究。第三章阐述了历史街区这一概念的内涵,并与其它相关概念进行比较分析。在此基础上,初步确定上海中心城区历史街区的具体范围以及总体情况。分析了上海历史街区的特点,并从不同角度对历史街区的类型进行了划分。第四章是全文的重心,共分四节。由于保护与旅游开发之间的密切关系,第一节从保护范围、保护内容、保护方法、保护手段以及管理制度和政策法规方面,对上海历史街区的保护现状进行了评述。第二节简要阐述了其旅游开发的现状,即:普遍开始重视,发展不平衡、缺乏专业性研究以及对某些历史街区的旅游价值认识不足。第三节通过研究发现上海历史街区的旅游开发存在的问题,即:保护与开发之间的关系问题;交通问题;公共空间不足的问题以及公众参与方面的问题。第四节分析了历史街区的旅游价值及其观光游览、休闲娱乐以及专项主题功能等,并预测了不同旅游功能的发展趋势。第五章阐述了上海历史街区旅游开发的调控措施。首先,指出在历史街区旅游开发中应坚持的若干原则;借鉴了美国、法国、意大利等发达国家历史街区旅游开发的成功案例,总结国内天津、扬州等城市历史街区旅游开发的成功经验。探讨了上海历史街区旅游开发的若干模式。建议有关部门对历史街区的旅游开发,进行合理的市场定位;完善基础设施,提高环境质量;整合各种要素进行主题式开发;解决交通问题;全力打造公共空间的旅游氛围;鼓励公众参与旅游开发。更多还原

【Abstract】 This thesis takes the downtown of Shanghai City as its research scope and carriesout a positive study of the tourism development of Historic Streets in downtownShanghai based on the current situation.This article is composed of five chapters. The first chapter discusses thetheoretical and practical significance of this research and the methodology adopted aswell. It also elaborates the fundamental theory on which the paper is based on. At theend of this chapter, it outlines the framework and the main viewpoints of this article.The second chapter recapitulates the status quo of the field of study at home andabroad with a view to the status quo of the tourism planning and development ofHistoric Streets in downtown Shanghai and reveals the urgency of further research onthe tourism planning and development of Historic Streets in downtown Shanghai.The third chapter introduces the notion of Historic Streets and the relatedconceptions, and defines the scope of the Historic Streets in downtown Shanghai. Itanalysis the characteristics of them and sorts them according to different criteria.The forth chapter is the core of the whole paper and consists of four sections.The first section introduces the safeguard of the Historic Streets. The second sectionstates the status quo of the tourism development as follows: more and more attentionis paid to the tourism development of them; the unbalance of the development amongthem and so on. The third section, through analysis, points out the main existingproblems, for example: the relationship between protection and development; trafficproblem; the lack of the public space and the involvement of the public etc.The last chapter tries to offer several way-outs for the development of HistoricStreets in downtown Shanghai, based upon the above analysis. This paper suggeststhat the municipal government should make an overall blueprint and make a rationalmarket positioning; better the infrastructure; improve the quality of the environment;make a thematic cultivation; relief the congestion of traffic and encourage theinvolvement of the public.更多还原
