ERP在山东电力物流的应用

【摘要】 本文详细研究了ERP（企业资源规划系统）在山东电力供应链应用的理论和应用。运用信息集成技术和管理过程控制系统相关理论,通过研究整合优化内部资源、交流处理外部信息,使企业能够整合供应链上下游的资源,迅速敏捷地适应市场、产品和客户的动态变化,从而保持竞争的主动权。借助ERP系统,为同步化供应链提供了连贯且灵活的解决方案,通过纯互联网架构(Pure Internet Applications^TM),提高整个供应链流的成本节省能力,使企业通过实现供应商和客户与公司业务流程间的连接以及实现扩展供应链成为可能。 在供应链管理中,通过自动化的供应链管理以及工作流简化采购流程,实现采购订单跨地域电子传递,增加采购功能的整合,保证供电局和物资公司之间数据一次性和准确性;通过更好的供应商管理,集中采购战略,和利用因特网技术将采购和后勤流程合理化来优化供应链;实现供应商和物料清单的标准化;采购和库存信息与财务信息相集成,实现数据的自动传递和跟踪,溯源;从采购申请到采购订单的自动生成,并实行一一对应跟踪管理,达到严格的预算监控和成本归集目标;原始的采购需求数据在不同部门之间共享。加快与客户、供应商的合作关系,形成共同发展的生存链。 山东电力ERP系统的集中式体系结构,使供应链管理与其他系统紧密结合,成为一个企业级的信息系统,借助于山东电力宽带数据网络提供的100M带宽网络,使山东电力在企业级信息平台技术的应用上达到了国际一流水平。本研究成果对ERP在山东电力供应链的应用将起到积极的促进作用,同时对国有企业实施信息化具有积极的借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 This text focus on theory and application of enterprise resource plan system (ERP) for supply chain of Shandong electric power. Using relevant theories of information integration and management process control technology, optimizing inside resources and external information, enterprise can combine resources around it, adapt to the dynamic change of the market quickly, and keep its competition. Draw support from ERP system, there has offered a consistent and flexible solution for supply chain Synchronization. For using Pure Internet Applications, enterprise can save the whole cost of supply chain, it enable enterprise to connect supplier, customer and corporation, finally realize the supply chain.In the basis of automatic supply chain management, through simplify the purchase procedure, electronic transmit the order and combine the purchase function, accuracy and one-way of the information between the power supply administration and materials company are guaranteed. Through better supplier management, utilize of centralized purchasing strategy and Internet technology, enterprise can optimize its supply chain with rational logistic procedure. The supplier and supplies inventory must be standardized. Integrating with purchase information, stock information and financial information, the data can be automatic transmission and trace to the source. Automatic produce the data from purchase application to purchase order, follow and manage the information one-to-one, the strict budget control and cost collecting can be reach. All in all, strengthening the cooperation with the customer and supplier, we will grow together.Using concentration system structure, combining supply chain management to other systems closely, ERP of Shandong Electric Power Group becomes an enterprise level information system. Offered with the aid of the 100M broadband data network, it can make the application reach the world first-class level. This research results will play a positive role to the application of Shandong electric power supply chain, and have positive reference meanings to the state-owned enterprise.更多还原
