压电式电-气转换器结构设计与实验研究

【摘要】 电-气信号转换仪表是一种完成电信号到气压信号之间转换的装置,它是自动化系统中不可或缺的信号转换关键设备。电气转换器的发展经历了机械式、电子式以及智能式三个阶段。综合分析国内外相关领域的研究现状,电子化和智能化将是电-气转换器领域发展的必然趋势。 本课题是辽宁省创新资金资助项目,也是国家科技部科技型中小企业创新基金和国家自然科学基金资助项目的延伸。本课题完成了压电式电-气转换器的性能优化,论述了压电式电-气转换器的实现方法、参数组合及关键技术,并进行了相关的理论与实验研究。 压电式电-气转换器的核心元件是电-气转换装置(转换阀),这里使用的是压电复合圆盘,对它的要求是反应灵敏、性能稳定。本文在转换装置初步设计的基础上,通过薄板小挠度弯曲近似解法中的能量法以及板的瑞利-里茨法,并借鉴压电振子的振动解法,推导出复合圆盘驱动位移模型,找到了影响复合圆盘静态弯曲位移的主要因素;最后通过实验研究,证明了所建压电双晶片弯曲位移模型的正确性。 利用正交实验得到了压电复合圆盘三个主要参数(压电陶瓷的直径、厚度以及中间铜电极的厚度)的最佳组合,大大降低了驱动电压,并且改善了压电式电-气转换器的各项性能参数。并在此过程中,优化了实验方法以及压电式电-气转换器的实现方法,从理论以及实验两方面得到了气压-电压以及位移-电压的关系。 在静态参数优化的基础上,进行了压电式电-气转换器动态性能的优化。利用ANSYS有限元分析以及实验找到了三个主要参数对于压电式电-气转换器固有频率的影响趋势,得到了三个参数的最佳组合。 通过综合考虑动态以及静态特性,得到了使压电式电-气转换器性能最佳的参数组合,大大优化了其性能,并为压电式电-气转换器的产品化打下了坚实的基础。
【Abstract】 Piezoelectric electro-pneumatic converter is used to accomplish the conversion between the electrical signal and the pneumatic signal. It is an indispensable signal-converting instrument in an automated system. There are three stages of it, which are the machinery type, electron type and intellectual type, while the electricization and intelligence are becoming the trend of it.The subject has finished the performance optimization of piezoelectric electro-pneumatic convenor, expounded the implementation method, parameters collocation and the key technology for the convertor.I/P convertor unit is the kernel of the piezoelectric electro-pneumatic convertor. Here it is the piezoelectric compound disk. The request to it is reacting sensitively, performing steadily. On the basis of the design of the convertor, the displacement model of the it has been derived out according to the energy method in the little flexibility bending of the thin shell and the vibration method to the piezoelectric vibrator. And also the main factors for the compound disk bending displacement have been got. Studied through the experiments, the exactness of the piezo-bimorph bending displacement model has been successfully proved.Through the orthogonal experiment method, the collocation of the three main parameters (the piezoelectric ceramic’s diameter, thickness and the copper electrode’s thickness) of piezoelectric compound disk is got. Also, the driving voltage has been reduced greatly. Many performance parameters of the convertor have been improved. In the mean time, the experiment method and the implementation method have been optimized. The relationships of the air p’ressure-voltage and displacement- voltage have been received both in theory and in experiment.On the basis of the optimization of the static parameters, the dynamic performance of converter have has also been optimized. According to the ANSYS finite element analysis and experiment, the influencing tendency of the three main factors has been got, along with the best parameters collocation.By trading off the static and the dynamic characteristics synthetically, the best parameters collocation has been gained. It has improved the performance of the piezoelectric electro-pneumatic convertor greatly, and laid a solid foundation for the future experiment and production.
