基于ANSYS的汽车轮胎有限元分析研究

【摘要】 本文主要基于ANSYS软件非线性分析技术,采用三维体单元、层单元和接触单元,建立了子午线轮胎的几种接触状态下的有限元模型并对其进行分析研究。从相对运动的角度考虑,建立了一个与刚性目标面固连的PILOT节点,通过这个节点的运动控制整个目标面的运动,即把PILOT节点作为刚性目标面的控制器。整个目标面的受力和移动情况可以通过PILOT节点表示出来,从而实现了轮胎静态接触问题、轮胎接触滑移、前轮前束与外倾的轮胎的接触滑移儿个方面的有限元模型的建立,解决了以往的一些研究方法难以建立起此类模型的困扰,为实现轮胎性能仿真的目的提供了良好的借鉴。经过对计算结果进行分析,得到了以上几种情况下轮胎各部位的变形和应力情况,印痕分布状况及在不同摩擦系数的情况下轮胎变形和应力变化趋势,为工程人员进行轮胎的结构优化设计和新型轮胎的开发起到了一定的指导作用。由于轮胎结构上的复杂性,因此建立轮胎有限元模型需要相当大的工作量,其建模工作量不能忽视,根据轮胎结构特征及单元的特征,利用ANSYS的参数化设计语言APDL(ANSYS Parametric Design Language)对分析问题进行参数化,以减轻建模工作量、提高效率,便于对同类问题的分析研究。

【Abstract】 This paper mainly performs the analysis and research on the radial tyre based on the non-linear analysis technology of ANSYS and applied software of ANSYS, using three-dimension volume element, layer element and contacting element, some kinds of three-dimension finite element contact model of radial tyre is built.From the view of the theory of relative movement, the pilot node which is linked with target surface is built, the movement of whole target surface is controlled by the pilot, the pilot node can be regarded as the controller of the target surface, thus, the condition of the force and the moving on the whole target surface are expressed by the pilot node, finally, some kinds of the finite element model about static-contact ,contacting-sliding and model with toe-in and camber are built in order to solve the trouble which is difficult to achieve before , the reference is laid for the dynamic simulation of the radial tyre. Through the analysis of results, the distribution status of contact moulage in diversified conditions and distortion status of the tyre in the different position and distortion trend of tyre in different friction coefficients are accepted , so it poses instructive effects for engineers which engage in structural optimum design and development of radial tyre.On account of the complexity of the tyre structure, so the building of the finite element model about tyre needs sizable workload which canbe not neglected, according to the tyre structural and element characteristic, ansys parametric design language(APDL) is applied for research of the analytic problem so as to relieve the workload of building models and to increase efficiency, so the resembling analysis will be simplified and done easily.
