风力发电变桨距传动及控制系统的虚拟设计

【摘要】 本文针对风力发电变桨距传动及控制系统进行了研究。变桨距是通过改变风力机叶片桨距角来改变风力机的转速,从而调整发电机输出功率。相对于定桨距风力发电机来说,具有较高的风能利用系数、稳定的输出功率、安全可靠等优点。本文利用空气动力学和叶片叶素理论阐述了桨距角调节原理,对传动装置进行了详细的空间机构分析和结构设计,应用MATLAB建立了机构的数学模型,并进行动态仿真,直观的显示了运动分析的结果。采用虚拟样机和计算机仿真技术,快速准确地对变桨距机构进行优化设计。使用PRO/E软件完成机构零部件的三维建模,并结合ADAMS软件对机构进行运动仿真和运动学分析,可视化处理,从而验证、修改和完成整个机构设计过程。根据变桨距闭环自动控制的特点,对变桨距系统微机控制部分进行了研究。提出了总体控制系统方案、进行了控制软硬件的设计,选择了控制算法,建立了系统的PID数字控制数学模型并仿真。实现了通过控制系统调整桨距角,从而调节发电机转速和输出功率的目标。

【Abstract】 This paper studies virtual design of pitch angle transmission and control system of wind turbine. Pitch angle control system can change pitch, accordingly regulate the rotational speed and output power by adjusting blade incidence of wind-driven device. Compared with fixed-pitch turbine, the variable-pitch have the virtues: higher power wind coefficient, stable output power over rated power, safety and higher reliability etc..Based on aerodynamics and blade elements theory, the paper expatiated the principle of pitch angle control; analyzed detailed the spatial-mechanism of transmission device; designed its structure .which can implement comparatively complicated movement by parts as simple as possible; built math model and finished dynamic simulation using MATLAB and display the analytical result .The virtual design of variable-pitch transmission is one of the focal point of the paper. By use of Virtual Prototype Technology and computer simulation, drive mechanism was design rapidly and exactly, which include parametric modeling of three-dimension solid of mechanism by PRO/E, movement simulation and kinematical analyses using ADAMS, processing and visualizing of the result.The whole design was test, modified and completed.Computer control of Variable-pitch device was also designed and discussed in this paper, which include putting forward project of control system, design of soft and hardware, selecting control algorithm, building system PID controller math model and simulating. According to program which be used to control pitch angle, driver mechanism implement the function of regulating the rotational speed and dynamotor output power.
