【摘要】 为了加强对创新人才培养的理论研究,促进我国的创新人才培养工作,本文采用文献法、调查法和总结经验法,阐释了创新人才的内涵和创新素质系统等基本理论问题,透视了创新人才培养在目标、观念、方法、途径、评价中陷入的种种误区,并从包括传统文化和传统教育在内的外因角度,以及包括认知、情绪、信念、意志、行为在内的内因角度分析了陷入误区的原因所在,基本廓清了创新人才培养体系的建构问题,即培养创新人才必须以教育目标、观念和评价的创新为导向,以教育形式、方法和课程的创新为必要,以教育环境和教师的创新为条件,以自我教育的创新为关键,这样才能实现教育创新,从而走向创新教育,真正地培养出创新人才。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to strengthen the theoretical research of innovative talents training and promote training work of the innovative talents in our country, this paper, by means of summarizing and investigating, explains some basic theory questions of innovative talents training, such as concept and innovative quality system of innovative talents, and describes all sorts of mistaken ideas of innovative talents training on the goal, the idea, the method, the way and the evaluation. And then the author analyses the reasons for these mistaken ideas which are from the external causes including traditional culture and traditional education and which are from the internal causes including cognition, mood, faith, will, behavior. At last, this paper concludes that the system of innovative talents training must be constructed, including taking innovative educative objective, idea and evaluation as guideline, innovative educative form, method and course as guarantee, innovative educative environment and teacher as condition, innovation of self-education as key, only doing so, could we realize educative innovation in this way, and really train innovative talents.更多还原
