开关变换器中阵列式平面集成磁件研究

【摘要】 本文在追求开关电源轻、小、薄的背景下,综述了磁集成技术,介绍了集成磁件的一般研究方法。通过对大量磁件进行分析研究,在基于一种解耦集成理论的基础上,对传统集成磁件的磁芯进行分割,提出了一种全新的集成磁件—“阵列式平面集成磁件(APIM)”。然后从磁路和电路结合的角度出发,进一步分析了阵列式平面电感与电感集成(APIM-L+L)和阵列式平面电感与变压器集成(APIM-L+T)的磁集成原理,进而提出了APIM-L+L与APIM-L+T多种磁集成方案,建立了等效电路,并通过仿真和实验研究验证了APIM的可行性。本文还利用Ansoft公司的电磁场仿真软件Maxwell分析研究了平面变压器和平面电感器的绕组结构与分布对磁件损耗的影响,为APIM的设计提供参考依据。在此基础上本文提出了APIM平面化的实现方法,设计了基于带有隔离变压器的Cuk变换器的APIM-L+T,将带有隔离变压器的Cuk变换器中的两个电感与隔离变压器集成在一起,并对基于APIM-L+T的Cuk变换器利用Saber仿真软件进行了仿真和实验研究,结果表明APIM与分立磁件一样具有相同的良好性能。

【Abstract】 In search of light ,small, thin of the switch power ,this paper summarizes the technique of integrated magnetic ,introducing the normal research method of integrated magnetics .With the research on many integrated magnetics ,in the base of the theory of the decoupled integrated ,dimensioning the core of the traditional integrated magnetics ,it introduces a new integrated magnetics-“array-planar integrated magnetics(APIM)”.Then it starts from the view of combining the magnetic circuit and circuit, analyzing the integration of the array planar inductor and inductor (APIT-L+L), and the theory of integrated magnetic on the array planar inductor and transformer (APIM-L+T), it introduces many integrated project of APIM-L+L and APIM-L+T, building the equivalent circuit and verifying the feasibility of the APIM by the simulation and experiment research . This paper also analyses the influence of the winding structure and distribution on the planar transformer and planar inductor with the magnetic field simulation soft Maxwell , and provides the reference gist for the design of APIM. In the base of those , this paper introduces the implement method of the planar APIM, designing the APIM in the base of cuk with the isolate transformer ,integrating the two inductors and isolate transformer of the cuk with the isolate transformer ,and use Saber soft for the simulation and experiment .The result verifies the APIM have the good performance as the discrete magnetics .
