沉降性浆体水平管道临界流速的研究

【摘要】 长距离浆体管道输送工程中,输送速度常常涉及到能量消耗多少,因此浆体管道输送的临界速度尤为重要。而对于这方面的研究到目前为止,并不是很多。本文在现有专家学者的研究成果特别是许振良教授(导师)提出的预测非均质流在水平管道流动时的速度分布及摩阻损失的理论的基础上,从动量守恒的角度建立了清水速度、固体颗粒速度和浆体速度之间的关系,进而推导出了水平管道沉降性浆体输送的临界流速计算模型。最后用有关数据对这些计算模型进行检验,计算结果与实际测量结果较为符合,故文中提出的计算模型可以作为有关设计和运行时的有益参考。

【Abstract】 In long distance slurry pipeline transport project, Speed transportedoften involve the energy consumption. So it is very important to study the critical speed in slurry Pipeline transportion, but up to now , the research about this aspect is not much. On the basis of research resul’ts of the existing experts and scholars especially the theory put forward by professor Xu zhenliang(my tutor) that predicts the velocity profiles and friction loss of settling slurry when it flows in horizontal pipe, relations among the velocity of water , that of solid particles and that of settling slurry have been established by the analysis of momentum transmission process between water and solid. Then the calculation model of the critical speed for Settling slurry in horizontal Pipeline transportion are derived.At last related data have been used to verify the the derived the calculation model. And it turn out that calculating results accord with actual results,so the calculation model can serve as helpful reference for operating and designingin this field.
